The best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The check-in was seamless—Monica’s husband kindly waited for us until 11pm (so sorry for the late arrival!) and welcomed us with a smile. The villa is a beautiful, spacious family home that’s been passed down through generations. It was so special to learn about the history of the house and the town—it really added a personal touch to our stay. All three bedrooms are generously sized with large, comfy beds, and having two bathrooms made everything super convenient for the three of us. And the highlight? Monica surprised us with a huge homemade orange cake that was absolutely delicious—we had it for supper, then lunch the next day, and still managed to finish the whole thing! She also stocked the place with so many thoughtful goodies—yogurt, bread, more cake—everything we could possibly need.

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

Giovanna and Antonio are INCREDIBLE Hosts, super friendly, willing, discreet and always attentive to what you need to resolve. Worship, friendly, fraternal, and affectionate, everything you can ask for from a person in them. The house and the place, UNIQUE!!, a spectacular view of the sunrises and sunsets, the view from the kitchen, but above all from the bedroom IS MIND-BLOWING!! You feel like you own the world looking at the city of Formia and the bay from above. The gazebo in the middle of the olive trees offers you a view during the day and night with some beautiful breezes and where you can make a barbecue to your measure. The whole environment is on one side of the hosts house, but it has ABSOLUTE privacy and both Giovanna and Antonio make sure that privacy is respected. An entire experience the olive oil that they produce themselves, the fresh eggs from their chickens, the figs... if you want to live and feel like an Italian more you must stay here!

The house is incredibly cozy and incredible location. The jacuzzi with a view of the mountains is very cool. Also the location gives the opportunity to see the sunset. In a nutshell, I'm very happy with my time at this lodge.

Very nice and clean place. Floor was spotless. Stylysh and comfortable. The place looked better than in photos. It has a Tuscany feel to it. Short drive into Itri for nice food. Overall 8 out of 10.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. Fantastic experience! We stayed at this beautiful villa by the sea for a bachelorette party. Charming location, very large and well-kept garden with outdoor shower and direct access to the beach. The villa has all the comforts, very large table and outdoor kitchen covered by a pergola. Separate self check-in is available for individual rooms. The owners are very kind and very helpful. Definitely a great choice!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

We had an absolutely excellent experience at the bamboo villa! The pool and outdoor area were amazing—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with the family. The host Daniele was exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal for day trips to Rome, making it easy to explore while having a peaceful retreat to come back to. Our children loved it so much and none of us wanted to leave! We would definitely return in a heartbeat. And thank you Daniele for your hospitality and the perfect start to our holiday.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

Very nice and spacious accommodation that suited our extended family of 14 excellent. Large and nice garden with pool that was greatly appreciated. The large living room needs a wider dining table so that more people can sit and eat at the same time and the sofa and armchairs really need to be replaced. We were all very happy.

Our family had a magnificent stay at Cristina's house. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was beautifully clean, incredibly comfortable, and gorgeous. The pool and outdoor grilling/eating area were daily delights. Cristina and her husband were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!!
