Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Latina

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! La sistemazione è stata semplicemente fantastica: una porzione di villa fronte mare, curata con semplicità, pulitissima e super attrezzata. Nota di merito assoluta al dehors: uno spazio impagabile immerso nella macchia mediterranea, con una vista sul mare che lascia senza fiato. Giorgia è stata disponibilissima e molto flessibile, rendendo tutto ancora più piacevole. Una vera sorpresa… e una certezza per il futuro: torneremo sicuramente!

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

We had a great time in this apartment. the view was amazing and we loved sitting on the terrace to watch the sunset. the apartment is super close to two supermarkets and some restaurants. the bus stop is also 100m from the apartment and it takes you straight to the Port. Cala Gaetano Is very close (steep descent) but beautiful. the check in was really flexible and easy and we were met from the bus stop. the only problem that we encountered was that the WiFi was a little weak (we had 4G so it wasn't a huge issue). the apartment was very clean. we will definitely stay here again when we return to Ponza! 😃

L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

L’appartamento è elegante e molto curato, la terrazza vista mare risponde alle aspettative e Rita è stata disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. Lo stabile richiederebbe qualche intervento di manutenzione (intonaco scrostato e pulizia degli spazi comuni non troppo accurata). Nel complesso una buona sistemazione in un luogo in cui è piacevole sostare.

Maria Paola ci ha accolto in maniera molto amichevole, mettendoci subito a nostro agio. la posizione é facilmente raggiungibile: si riesce a trovare agevolmente parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Gli spazi dell'appartamento sono ampi. Le stanze ed il bagno sono in ottimo stato e molto puliti. Gli arredi sono completi ed i letti confortevoli. Si è rivelata una soluzione ideale per trascorrere un week end a Latina con la famiglia.

Giovanni byl asi nejlepší hostitel co jsem kdy zažil, opravdu úplně se vším pomohl a poradil nebo zařídil. Musím říct že ubytování a hlavně teda terasa byla úplně skvělá. Vybavení kuchyně bylo super, všechno potřebné k vaření zde bylo. Náš měsíční pobyt jsme si moc užili, často jsme jezdili vlakem do Říma, který byl čistý a velice pohodlný a levný. Mohu jen doporučit. Samotné Nettuno už toho nemá tolik co nabídnout, ale pokud jste zde autem tak se dají udělat skvělé výlety. Můžu doporučit nejhezčí pláž co jsme našli, je tedy dál od ubytování ale je to překrásné. Nachází se vedle Torre Paola s výhledem na kopec, na které je také hezké si vyjít, ale pozor, pouze pro zkušené turisty. Celkově pobyt byl super, auto jsme parkovali za bránou, měli jsme své vyhrazené stání. Dům uvnitř byl pěkný a z venku by si zasloužil rekonstrukci. Okolí bylo poklidné.

Ubytování bylo v pořádku, hostitelka poslala jasné pokyny jak se k ubytování dostat a kde zaparkovat. Byt byl velký a dostatečně prostorný. Jediné co by mohlo být lepší byla koupelna, konkrétně sprcha která mohla být čistší ale jinak bylo vše v pořádku. A také pokyny k třídění odpadu mohly být konkrétnější, ale naše chyba byla že jsme se hostitelky nezeptaly dříve takže v pořádku. Celkové hodnocení je 4,5⭐️/5⭐️

Siamo stati ospiti di Luigi e la sua famiglia per una gara di taekwondo a Fondi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, posizione per noi comodissima, appartamento pulito e accogliente. Spero di ritornarci. Consigliatissimo.

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

Location incantevole a picco sul mare con spiaggia privata ideale per una romantica vacanza o per rilassarsi in un weekend ...da sogno.

Très bon séjour. Magnifique terrasse avec vue dont nous avons profité dès le petit déjeuner. Appartement moderne et agréable. Très lumineux. Super salle d’eau ! Tout parfait.

Zona periferica. Quartiere tranquillo ma privo di luoghi in cui pranzare o cenare se non con spostamenti in auto. Luoghi di interesse a 30/35 minuti di auto Zoomarine, Cinecittà World, Torvaianica, outlet Castel Romano. Per i supermarket si arriva a Pavona ( 8/10 minuti ) o Pomezia ( 8/10 minuti ) in auto. in casa dotazione completa perfetta, come unica indicazione/consiglio, suggerisco di dotare l'appartamento di un sistema di repellenza anti zanzare perché le zanzariere possono non essere sufficienti.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Valentina. Der Empfang war herzlich und Valentina gab gute Tipps. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, die Terrasse ein Traum. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Mit dem Zug war es entspannend Rom zu besuchen.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

Svegliarsi la mattina e fare colazione sulla terrazza con quel panorama davanti è da 10 e lode! La casa è molto bella, ordinata, pulita e con tutto quello che serve. Silvia gentilissima, ci ha dato indicazioni precise e ci ha dato la possibilità di entrare in casa prima dell'orario previsto per il check in.
