Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Fantastic place, great for relaxing and also a good middle point for Rome, Pompeii, Naples. Pool is a great addition, and there’s plenty of room in the property. Salvatore and Mary were great, Salvatore was there to meet us on check in and give a tour of the property. They also own a lovely restaurant nearby that I would highly recommend paying a visit! Would stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

Great Location and lovely House with pool, would go back and feel at home. Comfortable, Privacy, Clean and spacious and all one can wish for. Great Host!

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

We had a great stay - beautiful place with lovely views from the terrace. The place had everything we needed and was easy to get to. Great local restaurants and nearby supermarket made eating easy. Cristina was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet area of the countryside, perfect for relaxing, and the private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpacas, from which she makes beautiful handicrafts

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We are very satisfied with our stay in Gaeta. Much thanks to the nice welcome. The place is very nicely decorated and was really sparkling clean. It was quiet and safe to live there. We were close to everything we needed. When we had questions, we got a quick response from both Andrea and Giuseppe. Very nice, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this home. It was amazing!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

It was an amazing stay! Exactly like described, in the middle of nature , relaxing.. We had long walks around the Azienda Agricola in the middle of their agricolture .. They sell their own produce We will definitely come back! Thanks to Laura , she is an amazing host! … and the food of their restaurant is genuine and delicious! Everything tastes insane!

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

Awesome beach vibes aesthetic - perfect for a surf or writing retreat! Very well stocked apartment too (cooking equipment, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.). Benedetto has thought of everything you might need!

House located very well, a ten-minute walk to the port. Near the house is a bakery and a supermarket with everything you need, even tickets for the bus that passes in front. Gaetano and his parents were very welcoming. I highly recommend the boat trip, my friend and I happened to come across Gaetano and his father, who took us to visit all of Ponza by sea. Wonderful and they are very friendly and nice.
