Fantastic Place, highly suggested!

Absolutely stunning apartment. Beautifully modernised whilst keeping all the Italian historical features. Magnificent location. One of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in. I was there for 4 weeks and loved every second. I was on my own and felt very safe, day or night. Everything close by. Fantastic beach 3 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Didn't want to leave.

Loved visiting Anzio and Nettuno and staying in Stefano’s place! Short walk to the beach and into town where there is the port, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Beaches are gorgeous and the cave/tunnels and ruins were an added adventure.

Federico's apartment is really very comfortable and well maintained and equipped, in a convenient location right in the center of the village, definitely recommended!

Great stay at Maria's, the studio has a beautiful terrace, and the name "the sunset" took on all its meaning when we could admire the sun setting over the sea

A great stay! Beautiful views, and felt so peaceful being up high. Had everything I needed, and was the perfect location for Sperlonga - easy to walk the flat central area, and right at the base of the "hike" up to the old center. It is many flights up without an elevator though, so be prepared! Alessandro was an amazing host and always prompt with any questions.

A very nice and quiet place to spend a few days, the view is very nice and the place is very pleasant, I would definitely stay with Luca and Agata again.

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

House located very well, a ten-minute walk to the port. Near the house is a bakery and a supermarket with everything you need, even tickets for the bus that passes in front. Gaetano and his parents were very welcoming. I highly recommend the boat trip, my friend and I happened to come across Gaetano and his father, who took us to visit all of Ponza by sea. Wonderful and they are very friendly and nice.

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.

House surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian sea. Tastefully decorated a little retro typical of Italian seaside houses' 60s: a dip into the past but with all the comforts of today. Very full bedroom furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen. The host is very courteous, flexible and collaborative. A highly recommended experience and for us to repeat. Marco

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

We felt very comfortable at Valentina's. The reception was warm and Valentina gave good tips. The apartment is as described, the terrace a dream. Everything was very clean and there was nothing missing. It was relaxing to visit Rome by train.

It was a fantastic week in the fantastic apartment in the heart of Sperlonga. Everything was so clean and nice place. At first glance I was surprised how great and thoughtful everything was. The air conditioning was so great and necessary during the hot days. I would definitely recommend staying there and I hope to comeback again.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. Waking up in the morning and having breakfast on the terrace with that view in front is a 10/10! The house is very nice, tidy, clean and with everything you need. Silvia was very kind, she gave us precise directions and gave us the opportunity to enter the house before the scheduled check-in time.
