Bonjour Merci pour tout Nous quittons le logement Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans votre chambre d’hôte ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée. La chambre était très propre, confortable et décorée avec goût.. Un vrai moment de détente dans un cadre charmant et paisible. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Thank you for a very nice stay. Alessandro was very helpful and communicative. We used his restaurant recommendations, to which we returned several times. The cottage was exceptionally clean and in addition beautiful views and sunsets from the garden. Next to it is a climatic olive grove. Our dog and we felt at ease in the well-fenced garden. The electric gate and private parking were very convenient.

Francesca, die Besitzerin des Hauses ist Kontaktperson vor Ort. Sie sehr freundlich und daran interessiert, dass es an nichts fehlt. Das Haus ist sehr neu und es ist alles genau, wie beschrieben! Wer nicht unbedingt Meerblick wünscht und die Autobahn nicht stört, ist da gut aufgehoben! Grosser Garten mit Sonnenliegen, Gartenmöbel und Grill! Grundstück voll eingezäunt!

La casa è davvero fantastica immersa negli ulivi e nel verde dei terrazzamenti su cui giace,la piscina il terrazzo ed il giardino fiorito sono davvero curati e splendidi, la vista sul mare e il panorama sono degni di una cartolina, i servizi proposti sono quelli descritti e la riservatezza e tranquillità della zona sono degne di nota. Siamo stati davvero bene nell’alloggio e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia un luogo incantevole lontano da caos e con molta privacy con una vista favolosa e dei servizi ottimi. Unica accortezza da tenere presente è la strada di accesso un po’ stretta che comunque permette ad un automobile di grandezza nella norma, di transitarvi abbastanza facilmente. Per il resto esperienza favolosa, i proprietari fantastici e davvero gentili, sicuramente soggiorno da ripetere in futuro. Consigliatissimo.

Terrific host! Can't say enough. Very busy with her farm/store/olives/vineyard but ALWAYS available. She gave us an education during an hour tasting of her special oil + wine. Chickens on site for fresh eggs! Hot tub! Terraces everywhere! AND A KILLER VIEW! Beautiful villages to visit. We love Imperia. We had poor weather and it didn't even matter. We were comfy and with our loved ones. We'll be back and will send our friends. Grazie Frederica!

We stayed for the weekend (2 people) and were super satisfied, the place was spacious and accurately described by pictures and text. Mauro was super responsive and willing to offer help where needed, while also giving great local recommendations. Great experience!

Although it was a very nice experience overall, I need to add a few things. First of all, I was notified of the VERY STEEP hill going up to the property on the very last minute. I booked the property 2 months prior, but was given the check-in instructions on the day of checking in. I understand that this is a standard procedure, but I'd have liked to know about the steep hill situation beforehand, so that maybe I would have rented a different car. The check-in instruction said to have a 4x4 car and an experienced driver, which made me panic on the way to the property. Another thing is, when we wanted to turn on the heater, we were notified that it's against the law and we could not do that. Which could have been fine, but I chose this property because it had heater. So, it was an inconvenience for us. Other than these two situations, the property is really pleasant. We had a really good time there. Would recommend, but would have liked to be aware of these details, is all.

Casa molto bella, proprio come in foto. Vista stupenda! Terrazza e giardino belli per passare tempo fuori. Abbiamo usato anche il barbecue. Tanti giochi per bambini nella casa, e possibilità di avere il lettino per bimbi piccoli, molto comodo. Strada per arrivare è molto ripida ma si fa tranquillamente. Mascia è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Occhio per l’elettricità che si paga a parte. La jacuzzi consuma abbastanza. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

It is a perfect place to stay. Lovely people, beautiful surroundings, nice house. A place to come back for.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, sehr ruhige schöne Lage mit sehr großzügigem Grundstück und tollem Ausblick. Das Haus war ein Traum, sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Für die Autos gibt es eine sehr großzügige Garage. Giacomo hat uns alle Wünsche jederzeit kurzfristig erfüllt. Es gibt in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar einen kleinen Lebensmittel Laden. Zum Strand nach Alassio sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Min. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und gerne wieder kommen.

Alles, was in den ganzen positiven Bewertungen hier steht, stimmt zu 100% 🥰 Das Haus, der Garten, die Aussicht, die Gegend… es ist einfach der perfekte Ort, um das Leben zu genießen. Annetta ist ein so toller Mensch. Sie ist herzlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtet und mit Annettas wundervollen Bildern dekoriert. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Besonders die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es frische Kräuter und Olivenbäume. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und sich auch mit Annettas beiden Hunden sehr gut verstanden! Es war einfach super und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Danke für alles 💕

Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes. Le logement était très bien situé avec une belle vue sur la mer. Bien équipé avec literie confortable. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé l’endroit. Ils ont pu voir les lapins et les poules. Nous avons mangé des œufs très frais de la ferme. Ce fut de belles vacances.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Franco war ein außergewöhnlich zuvorkommender und herzlicher Gastgeber. Von Anfang bis Ende hat er alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen – jedes Mal, wenn wir grillen wollten, hat er uns Holz vorbeigebracht, und am letzten Abend hat er sogar unsere ganze Gruppe (11 Personen!) in eine tolle Pizzeria in der Nähe gefahren. Wir waren die meiste Zeit 14 Personen, und die Villa ist ideal für eine solche Gruppengröße: Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Innen- und Außenbereich sehr großzügig gestaltet, und der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – viel Platz für alle und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Franco wärmstens empfehlen – besser hätten wir es uns nicht vorstellen können. Danke für alles Franco!

Natalya’s house was amazing. Larger than expected, great amenities and superb location. One of the best places to stay so far!
