Family-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Fermo

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. At the pool private sunbeds and a table with two chairs and umbrella. Vincenzina, her family and her parents are very good hosts. Acting lovely, warm, quick to respond and with practical tips and solutions. unsolicited you will be pampered and passionately taken into the culture of the Marche. What a pleasure! A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. Francesco and Rosalba were very kind and very easy to get along with when we arrived. Rosalba gave us a lot of useful tips on what to visit in the area and where to find typical products. The accommodation met our expectations and the spectacular view that can be enjoyed from the garden really enchanted us. Having breakfast and dinner with the view and the spectacle of the mountains in front of us was wonderful. We left early in the morning and we couldn't say goodbye to Rosalba and Francesco, but we will definitely be happy to return.

Beautiful house set up with a lot of care, from the living room with a well-equipped kitchen, to the terrace overlooking the pool with the wonderful view. Thanks to Maria and Gianfilippo, very discreet and available if needed.

The accommodations were clean and the host (Antonio and his wife) very hospitable. The property is very nice, the surroundings great to enjoy from the patio in the mornings with a coffee or going for a walk. There are lots of great things to see in the general area, and there is also a very good restaurant located on the property open for lunch and dinner.

We can highly recommend staying at Leonardo’s beautiful house! Leonardo and his wife are amazing hosts and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We stayed in this beautiful house with our two medium to large dogs, so we needed to be able to leave them free in a safe and recited space. The house enjoys priceless privacy, the garden and table under the large plants are spectacular to enjoy the cool and sea breeze. The sea view gives beautiful emotions, starting from dawn in the morning, until the evening when you can admire the starry sky by dining or sipping a glass in the deck chairs or sitting around the stone table. We had a great time, it exceeded any of our expectations. We hope to return soon to spend a few more days on vacation in this wonderful home and seaside town. Thank you for making us feel truly comfortable in everything, and for giving us an unforgettable week in your home.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is magnificent and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the busy road but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very nice, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even though his English is basic. He was very flexible for check-in and checkout times.

Giacomo is a really great host who was always available to answer any questions. The place is great, the rooms are very big and well equipped.

Almost 200 year old house, you can live in an ethnographical museum - but renovated. However it is hot in the sleeping rooms under the roof during a heat wave. Luckily there are two big fans (it would be great to have a third one for the third room) and a swimming pool to cool down. It is very calm, nice surroundings; there is a very good and cheap pizzeria close in Montottone; ideal place to relax.

One adjective to describe Patrizia's stay: PERFECT. The house is a corner of paradise, surrounded by a large garden and immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside. The beaches (Porto Sant'Elpidio, Lido di Fermo) are a twenty-minute drive, while the village of Montegranaro is two minutes away. The place is very clean, complete with everything. Spacious spaces, perfect for families and great for four-legged friends. Patrizia is really a very attentive host, as well as a full of tips for visiting local places. Definitely recommend. We'll be back, maybe for a longer stay!

Sarah and Mark are the best hosts. Very responsive, always looking for ways to make your stay even more memorable. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Luciano. We have mixed the many entertaining days by the pool with some beach days in Porto San Giorgio. This was a very nice change. The house was a nice home for us and kept everything necessary. Plenty of kitchen equipment to the barbecue and second kitchen near the swimming pool. The local conditions were also suitable for our 2 year old daughter and our almost 80-year-old grandma. Charlotte, the host, responded quickly to messages. The communication was very pleasant. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it was very good, better than expected. The fans were completely adequate. The only very individual downside: Unfortunately, running training was not as possible due to the road and altitude conditions. We recommend the property to anyone who wants to go on vacation a little further away and are mobile and accepting travel.

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super stocked. The place is wonderful! Take a bathroom with Sibillini mountain views, unparalleled! Great location to get away from it all. Caterina is very available and flexible. We will definitely want to return during the sunflower flowering period! Highly recommended!

Perfect place to relax, stay with family, run and bike. Really exceptional views. There's nothing really missing in the house, everything is perfect. The owners of the facility are fantastic, always available, accurate and friendly.

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC

Great place to stay, we were excited and very satisfied. A big advantage was a separate pool just for us, where we spent undisturbed beautiful moments. Clean, flexible, we can only recommend.
