Impressive apartment in a villa with a garden just a few steps from the sea. The house offers fine finishes and has all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. The garden will be finished shortly. There are three independent spaces in the villa. Each has its own separate entrance and patio, the garden is shared with the rest of the villa. The house is located a few steps from the sea, in front of large beaches with all amenities during the summer period.

The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

Available for rent (€20/day) are 2 very efficient and fun pedal-assisted electric bikes.
