Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Brindisi

We had a superb holiday at Abbasciu. There was so much to enjoy there - the photos give you an idea but it's only when you arrive that you really appreciate the size of the beautiful pool area and gardens, the huge olive grove and the house. There are many areas to relax in the shade or laze on sunloungers, plus several sets of tables and chairs dotted around to choose from according to the time of day. We were greeted by the lovely Cristiana who manages the property expertly and who was attentive but discreet throughout our stay, making sure everything was perfect. You can tell immediately that the owners have put years of loving care into using local materials and collecting high quality ceramics, art and linen. We loved the owners' careful mix of a few items of contemporary furniture with their own family items, lovingly restored. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you could ever need for a large number of guests. A highlight of our stay (an optional extra!) was the splendid meal served to us by Cristiana and her husband during our stay. We were very lucky to be able to dine by the pool on a beautiful evening on a selection of delicious home-cooked local dishes, what a treat ! The town and supermarkets are only a few minutes' drive and it's easy to reach most of the Salento area including fabulous beaches- a car is essential. We were very sad to leave. It really is a very special place for a holiday.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr geräumig. Eine große Terrasse, wo wir gerne die Abende verbrachthaben. Der Garten war gut gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Strand Saturo ist in ca. 10 Autoritäten zu erreichen. Wir sind gut empfangen worden. Maria ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gut eingewiesen und alles erklärt. Wir würden gerne noch ein Mal hierher kommen. Und wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung weiter.

Idealnie przygotowane Trulli z super łazienką i super gospodarzem. Valeria wszystko pięknie przygotowała. Dla nas ważny był basen, żeby dzieci mogły się spokojnie kąpać i to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Idealny praktycznie na wyłączność basen. Miły, pomocny gospodarz i fajnie miejsce na popołudniowe wypady do sąsiednich miejscowości. Lubimy niezależność i to był dobry wybór. Polecamy miejsce i Valeria.

I stayed at Nadia’s place with my family and it was great. The house was very comfortable, clean and we had everything we need. Nadia and her father were very helpful as well. The location is also great. I super recommend the place. Thanks Nadia.

Appartement agréable et terrasse magnifique!! Nous avons été très bien reçu Deux plages accessibles à pieds. Endroit calme, parking dans la copropriété. Les échanges avec la gestionnaire ont toujours été agréables et bienveillants je recommande et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Perfect ending to our week long adventure in Salento! The house was perfectly located to the beach, restaurants and bar! Small beach town full of soul on a Saturday night! Three min walk to beach and the best fried calamari I’ve had in a while (Lo Spizzicone is a must)! Tiziano responded quickly to messages and was very flexible on my check-in time as it shifted a bit. The home was spacious and cozy for our family of five. Would definitely stay here again!

Villetta nel verde in tranquillità. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella casa di Antonio immersa nel verde all'interno di un bellissimo complesso residenziale. La casa ha ampi spazi interni ed esterni con un giardino molto curato con veranda in cui poter mangiare e conversare. C'è anche una utilissima doccia esterna con acqua calda molto utile al rientro dalla spiaggia. La spiaggia pulitissima, come il mare con acqua cristallina, è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti ed è compresa in una riserva naturale. La casa è molto accessoriata e non manca veramente di nulla. Antonio è un host simpatico, cordiale e molto disponibile. Affidatevi a lui perché è una miniera di informazioni che ci hanno reso la vacanza unica. La posizione della casa è assolutamente strategica e vicina a molte mete di rilievo. Sicuramente, se saremo in zona, torneremo da Antonio.

Dom uomo gentilissimo, super disponibile per consigli sul luogo e aperto a venirti incontro. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e in ordine con anche qualche accortezza in più da parte sua. L’appartamento è in una zona ottima, circondato da spiagge, ristoranti e bar a pochi metri di distanza. La descrizione di Dom rispecchia alla perfezione la casa e dintorni. Felicissimi di questa scelta😊

L'alloggio è perfetto per una breve vacanza al mare, casa comodissima e fornita do tutto ciò che può servire. Il mare è molto vicino e si può raggiungere a piedi come tutti i luoghi per poter fare spesa e ottime colazioni. Inoltre lo spazio esterno è comodo e ampio e permette di trascorrere del piacevolissimo e rilassante tempo in compagnia.

Nous avons passez d'excellentes vacances en famille! Peu de temps avant notre arrivés Alexandre nous a donné toutes les indications pour accéder à la maison et même un petit guide de recommandations pour profiter de la région. Une fois sur place, Francesco nous a accueilli dans cette très belle villa qui correspond vraiment à sa description et aux photos (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous étions 9 et avons pu tous profiter sans nous marcher sur les pieds. Merci à Alexandre et Francesco pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour!

Le logement était au calme, propre et bien situé, beaucoup de beaux villages à moins de 50 minutes en voitures. Tatiana, notre hôte, a été fort réactive, de bon conseil et sympathique. Nous n'hésiterons pas à les recommander et à repasser par eux lors d'un prochain passage par les Pouilles.

Casa molto particolare circondata da piante di ulivo, mandorle e fichi (buonissimi da raccogliere e mangiare). La cucina è attrezzata bene e abbondantemente , con tante stoviglie a disposizione. Località tranquilla immersa nel verde con bellissimi tramonti in terrazza. Una bella vacanza!

Questa è stata la prima esperienza è non sarà sicuramente l'ultima se tutte le case e tutti gli hosting sono come Celine! Innanzitutto casa meravigliosa con ogni tipo di servizio, perfetta come da foto. Ma voglio spendere una menzione particolare per l'host. Nella nostra settimana c'è stato un brutto temporale in cui ha bruciato il contatore principale! Ho avvisato Celine dell'accaduto e in pochissimo tempo ha mandato il suo elettricista di fiducia, il quale è riuscito a fare sostituire il contatore dall'azienda di fornitura in brevissimo tempo. Ho solo parole positive per Celine e anche per la signora Stefania, sempre disponibili, gentili e attente ai clienti! Se volete andare in vacanza nella meravigliosa Puglia questo è il posto giusto! Un ringraziamento particolare anche al fidato elettricista! COMPLIMENTI!

Beautiful apartment fully renovated with lovely balcony facing the sea! The house looks as nice as in the pictures (if not more!). Vita is a great host, friendly, available and kind. Definitely recommended!

Lovely apartment right off the main shopping street, 5 minute walk to train station and easy to find. Great communication with host who met us when we arrived although our flight was delayed. Apartment had everything we needed and really stylish and hosts provided lots of extras like water and beers in fridge and breakfast across the street - and Brindisi is lovely. We did a trip to Monopoli and Lecce by train (30-40mins) super easy to get to and well worth visiting. In Brindisi we saw the Duomo, Porto’s, Roman remains under the theatre and the tower (use water taxi €1.20) and lots of great restaurants. Would stay here again - highly recommended Paola Maria’s place.

Nous sommes arrivés avec beaucoup de retard et accueillis par Concetta qui a été d’une grande gentillesse. L’appartement est magnifiquement meublé et décoré et d’une propreté impeccable. Les literies sont très confortables. La terrasse sur les toits est splendide. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles, notamment des produits de lessive, du matériel de repassage, prises anti-moustiques, produits vaisselles… Nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir de nombreux cadeaux à notre arrivée : café, pâtes, sauce tomate, etc. Points négatifs : au niveau du quartier il y a beaucoup de bruit à partir de 6h30 du matin, notamment à cause d’un portail électrique qui s’ouvre et se ferme fréquemment, le camion de poubelle, le bruits des voitures et des passants... ça résonne beaucoup, ça nous a réveillé tous les jours… En résumé on a eu un très bon séjour chez Audrey, on ne regrette rien! Rien de rien Merci pour tout!!!

È una casetta che consiglio a tutti, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e la pulizia impeccabile. Mi sono sentito a casa.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé !Elle est attentionnée et fait preuve d'un grand sens de l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux ! L'appartement suffisamment spacieux et bien équipé. L'accès à l'extérieur est agréable.

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!
