Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Ascoli Piceno

My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, anticipating the check-in and making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay he gave us useful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and is 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and you are spoiled for choice on where to get umbrellas with sunbeds but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary amenities to spend a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for sunbathing. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are a 10.

After many hours by car, we enjoyed the environment and the calm of the apartment. We spent a restful night there in comfortable bedding and recommend the address to future guests.

We had a fantastic stay in San Benedetto del Tronto. The location of this apartment is fantastic and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in under a minute. Our boys really loved having the outside space and Marco was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean apartment, recently renovated, equipped with everything you need and even something more... Quiet area with reserved outdoor parking and nearby amenities such as a bar, ATM, tobacco shop and supermarket. The sea is about 600m away, crossing the provincial road and the railway underpass, to the center about 1km, while to the historic village 1.5km. Maria is a welcoming host and available for every need, she also provided us with 2 touring bikes that can be used on the cycle path between Cupra and San Benedetto. Highly recommended!

We were the first guests of this large well-equipped apartment and appreciated the spaces and the great location for walking to the center and the beaches. In a couple of particularly hot nights we suffered from the lack of air conditioning. All rooms are still equipped with a fan. We definitely had a nice vacation.

Wonderful retreat in a beautiful place! Perfect house for 2 families 2+2. Excellent division of space into sleeping and daytime. Tastefully, cohesively and comfortably furnished. Very well-maintained area around the house, especially the pool. Beautiful views of vineyards, fields, picturesque hills and mountains. Montedinove is a beautiful, well-maintained town. We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

At first we were a little scared to rent when we didn't have reviews, but we wrote to Bianca and it gave us confidence. The stay has far exceeded expectations. The environment is beautiful and the house was spotless. Bianca left us many welcome details and the house was fully equipped in every way, with a multitude of appliances and kitchenware, as well as fully clean. Bianca had left everything you need for your stay, cooking stuff, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. They also adapted to check-in time and was available at all times. Her daughter Matilde gave us a lot of recommendations about the area and was attentive and available for all the questions we asked her during the stay. The truth is that it has been a wonder, I think it has been the best place we have tried to date. Absolutely recommended.

The place is very nice with a beautiful background on the valley, the structure and the farmhouse are really beautiful and very well cared for, from the pool to the hydromassage square, the apartment on this farmhouse has been renovated with the same rustic style but with style and great attention to detail. What about Rossana and her family, always very kind and available with tips on any activity you want to do. My family and I had a great time and had a great time. We'll definitely be back

we found ourselves in front of a warm welcome, the hosts were kind and super helpful. The house is equipped with every comfort, from the TV to the well-equipped kitchen and the perfect outdoor patio for relaxing but also with a certain usefulness (outdoor shower, washing machine and clothesline). The only notes I feel like making is the lack of air conditioning - which, however, is handled well thanks to the provision of several fans - and the lack of a window in one of the two rooms, or rather there is the window, but it is in the bathroom in the room and if the bathroom door is closed, the room is empty and a littlesuffocating in my opinion. While I particularly appreciated the shower in the suite, which is very comfortable and the cleanliness of the entire house was really impeccably and meticulously. Ultimately, it was a pleasant discovery and I recommend it especially for two couples of friends.

Dori is a fantastic host and will give you expert advice on what to do and see in the neighbors. It is a perfect place to relax at home or explore the mountains, hills and all the beautiful landscape of the Marche. Leonardo's house is perfect, two rooms, double amenities, a simple but perfectly suitable kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, a spacious open area, paths in the woods and a great restaurant 500 meters from the house! It is completely renovated in a local stylus and authenticated as you can see from the photographs. Enjoy this wonderful place. And paradise. This is a most beautiful place, with a wonderful view of Monte Vettori, in peaceful countryside, but not far from all the services you need. The apartment has everything you need, in a beautifully restored and authentic old farmhouse, and Dori is a fantastic host!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

The apartment is very nice and bright, it is located near the sea with all the necessary services nearby. The apartment has everything you need. The remote check-in is very convenient, which allows a quick and easy entrance. Too bad our stay took place on the hottest days of July and the air conditioner didn't work. Matteo immediately went out of his way to solve the problem, but being a weekend the technician could only intervene on Monday, the day of our departure. So we had to reluctantly give up as the temperature made it very difficult to stay in the apartment. Matteo immediately refunded us what we heard, apologizing for the inconvenience.
