Charming Garden House Studio

Welcome to our new garden house studio, an accomodation for 2 during the warm weather months when heating is not required. Raw wooden beams meet vintage furniture and curtains, stained glass windows, plus there's a roomy bathroom with rain shower head, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with coffee, tea, homemade jam, spices, vinegar, oil, etc. The studio is opposite the main house which also has a separate FeWo and all is set in a 6,000 sq. m. woodland garden open for your use.

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Welcome to my small but very cozy and stylishly furnished vacation home in our village of approx. 300-inhabitant village of Ketzür in the state of Brandenburg. Ketzür is located on the north shore of Lake Beetzsee and has its own child-friendly beach. Nature lovers can hike through the beautiful countryside here, for example, to the crane observatory or also by bike on the Storchenradweg [Stork Cycling Trail]. A locked bicycle garage is available to my guests.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel bike path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
