Pet-friendly bachelor suite with private entrance centrally located in College Heights. Suite backs on to private garden/patio & forested public walking trails. Public transit, groceries, clothing outlets, restaurants, big box stores and a 24hr fitness all within a few minutes walk. We are a family oriented home, as such, you may hear the sounds of tiny feet but usually not between the hours of 9pm to 7am. If you are looking for a private, peaceful retreat while in Prince George- you’ve got it!

The home is appointed with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 bath, laundry, kitchen, living room. There is secure large private parking, great for trailers or equipment. This space is not just accommodation but a rural living experience. The property is shared with our family, friendly dogs, hobby farm animals and all that nature has to offer.

Prime location, mins to hospital and Uni & College

Completely renovated house with full amenities with everything you’ll need for a long term of short term stay. Full size washer and dryer are located at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. Ac as well as Dyson fans in the bedrooms. Walking distance to nearest mall ( Pine Center, 3min) restaurants, shopping and grocery stores and anything else you’ll need. Parks are right around the corner as cricket field and basketball court at the elementary school. Close to CNC and CN Center as well.

Up the Ladder in the loft you'll find a king size bed, in the washroom a shower with a handmade penny floor and composting toilet, outside is a fenced yard shared with our young family and friendly dog. Minutes away to most of Prince George amenities including the hospital and College and is located in a quiet neighborhood. we are pet friendly and charge $10 per night for each pet.
