all comfortable, the environment is also quiet. happy to choose this place as a resting place when on holiday

Our party of 12 instantly fell in love with the place when we stepped into it. It looked just like in the photos with plenty of spaces for us to come together and bond. The caretakers, an elderly couple, were friendly and very helpful. Check in was easy coz the caretakers were living in the attached hut. So no need to worry about unlocking or locking up the place. Too bad we only had a night to spare there.

Villa "nginepin" is very clean.. Perfect for staycation with family & friends.. The furniture is expensive all guys😁 The water heater works all in the upper and lower bathrooms.. Complete kitchen appliances are all just lacking in the drawings such as salt, soy sauce, etc. I ran out of lpg gas but Pak Eko is very gercep once coming to the villa to change the gas.. For those who bring small children, please be careful because many stairs must always be supervised.. The pool is very clean and there is a place to rinse too.. sorry if we last left the leftover food, sir and didn't have time to throw it away, I'm sorry again🙏🏻 thank you for the villa and thank you pak eko☺️🙏🏻

Villa Qita is amazing! The house is clean and nice. The bedroom was so comfy and the bathroom was clean. The kitchen has cooking and eating utensils, water dispenser, stove and fridge which came in handy! There is a smart TV and wifi, it will be more complete if karaoke is provided because it is my family's favorite. The living room is very aesthetic and has good lighting & ventilation. The villa is close to the tourist attraction in Batu but still peaceful. Pak Budi is very helpful, thank you sir! Overall, I had a great stay here. Thank you Villa Qita

I stayed here for 2 nights. The facilities, services, and response of the Villa owner are very satisfying! Next time, I would recommend this Villa to the nearest family and relatives if you are visiting around the Batu city area and Malang city. If you need a place to stay that can accommodate up to 12 people, I recommend you to book this villa

Near the house there is a grocery store, laundry, close to tourist attractions, you want to order gofood is also easy. Very satisfied, there is a swimming pool but because the Batu area is cold, the kids are cold, it only lasts 10 minutes :)

The house is comfortable, clean, and in a beautiful and cool environment. The location is easy to find and the location is very strategic because it is between the cities of malang and batu. Easy to find convenient stores and places to eat. Pak Handi is very communicative.

Excellent rooms in a safe guarded location. Friendly staff. Private pool. Rooms are big. Might be noisy at night, there are loudspeakers playing. Might have some bugs

Great place, comfortable and clean

nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution

The place was easily accessible and it is clean. It matched my needs and the description was not misleading, so the expectations were met.

All was great, however the host was unresponsive when we need to check in, when we arrived at the hotel we need to look for other info because the host didn’t respond my message and didn’t give any check in information. Fortunately, the number in Gmaps is correct so we could call the villa guard.

Everything is good, overall it is a good experience with the villa and the host, but unfortunately there’s a kind of plumbing/ water drainage issue at the living room / main tv room near the jacuzzi. I hope they fix this issue after this.
