Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Presidente Franco

I appreciate the owner's hospitality.I was able to communicate immediately with What's app, so I didn't have any worries.The kids enjoyed feeding the chickens very much.We also ran around and played by the pool and in the large yard.The shared space (though it was a private rental, so it was just us) was very wonderful and well-equipped.The only regret was that the neighbors were listening to music late at night.The chickens wake me up early in the morning, so I wanted to sleep quietly at night.

Beautiful and comfortable house, a wonderful patio, quiet location and away from the hustle and bustle. Edilson, excellent host, attentive and kind. We would definitely come back! We felt right at home :) Super recommended

Excellent reception and availability of the owners...always helpful and kind Sensational house, large, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped...large pool, amazing gourmet area. Quiet neighborhood and next to BR. Great location with nearby shops, and just minutes from Paraguay, Argentina and downtown Foz. The best experience we've had. Everyone loved the house and the hospitality of the hosts. The experience was so good that we are already planning our return.

A great set up with the 2 casitas and the main kitchen area. Could (does) host events there. Nothing bad to say only great things. All 9 of us loved it.

Very nice house, well-equipped in a quiet area, with neighbors and police keeping watch. I just thought I was renting the entire property, but there are areas outside the house that are shared with the owners. They were very kind and respectful at all times.

We only stayed for 2 days but would have enjoyed staying longer. Very comfortable with easy walking to lots of restaurants, shops and the bus terminal. Busses run to the park every 30-40 mins all day long. From this Apartment the bus station is about a 2 block walk. Close to the bridge from Brazil so if you're coming from that side it is very close. Located on a quiet side street there's no street noise. The whole area is safe and walkable. Nicolas was very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood.

The host is warm and friendly and friendly.Easy communication.We arrived in Ipsos very early that day, and the host asked a friend to send us to the Waterfall Park, and sent our luggage directly to the host's place for storage, which was a great help to us.

It's amazing, super comfortable, close to markets and Paraguay. There's a lottery store in Max, which is a 5-8 minute walk, which I thought was amazing. It was a great choice because it also has a laundry room and a 24-hour supermarket in the building. I had problems with the dryer and the host responded calmly. If I go back to Foz, I will stay in the same place and I would also recommend it.

Very cozy locale, just like the listing, the host is extremely polite and promptly answered all our questions. The condominium is very familiar and quiet is very worth it for those with children

The truth was an excellent experience. I stayed with my family and we felt right at home, everything was very clean, spacious rooms, well-equipped, super flexible check-in and check-out, and the place is very conveniently located near downtown but away from the noise. I would definitely stay here again as soon as I return to Puerto Iguazú. Thank you !!!!!!

The unit is SPECTACULAR! Clean, tidy, 100% equipped, spacious apartment and very comfortable! Next to a 24-hour service station and close to everything! In the apartment there are instructions on where to eat, where to go and even the number of trusted Uber drivers! If you're in Ciudad del Este for shopping or sightseeing, don't hesitate to stay here 👍

To start, excellent service from Mrs. Vanina, she responds instantly and is very attentive if there are any questions or claims. Second, the place is very good, in perfect condition, the neighborhood is super quiet and all amenities. Finally, highly recommended so you can spend a few days with your families.

We arrived 3 hours earlier. She let us into the apartment. Lia was the one who received us. Very nice, she recommended what to do in the city. The apartment is in the city center, the bus stop, restaurants, etc... are not far away.

The stay was wonderful, Erik was always attentive to everything. We arrived in the late evening and he was already waiting for us, communicating by messages to find out how we were doing. That same night we asked him about shopping abroad and he guided us in almost everything. The apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need to cook right there. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. We didn't understand the shower well at first, since it's electric, but once you use it, you get the hang of it. The area is quite safe and quiet, it is close to downtown and has a bus stop, supermarkets, cafeteria, kiosks nearby. It's a very good area. When we come back, we hope to stay with Erik again.

From the moment I landed until I left, I felt accompanied thanks to the attention of María Isabel and María Belén, who responded quickly and always with great kindness. It is clear that he has experience in hospitality, his pro activity, answers and recommendations were super helpful. The area is quiet, and there is a convenience store right across the street that accepts cards, which made things a lot easier for me. I walked about 10–15 minutes to the bus station after check-out without any problem. Very happy with the experience. I highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.

We had a great time. The apartment and garden area are very nice and look exactly as the photos. The communication with Maria Belen was excellent, she gave us a lot of instructions and recommendations to enjoy our stay.
