Vacation rentals with a pool in Prainha, Alvor

Great accommodation in a very good location, easy to find according to Google Maps. The pictures absolutely match reality – if not even more beautiful! Everything was clean, the pool is great and the outdoor area beautifully designed. The kitchen is well equipped with many appliances and plenty of dishes. A few additional utensils such as more salad bowls, salad cutlery or sharper knives would be helpful. Towels were plentiful. The contact with the owner was outstanding – super friendly, extremely helpful and responds quickly. The paddle court in 5 min. Distance was a highlight – easy to use, rackets & balls were provided by the host. Unfortunately, the refrigerator outside did not work, but it was not bad because there was plenty of space inside the refrigerator. The pool was made warmer on request – perfect for children. Table tennis table great! Overall highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The villa was conveniently located in a residential neighborhood about a 10 Min drive to old town Lagos where the restaurants are. Easy for going out to dinner & quiet for sleeping. The pool looked super inviting but the water was too cold for a dip during our stay. The only things we wished they provided were top sheets on the beds (beds only had fitted sheets on them), and face cloths. The welcome items were much appreciated and Nicolas was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

What a treat was this gem. Wonderful house with all the amenities anyone needs and more. Good coffee and food in walking distance. And a spacious view with privacy in your own garden with the wonderful pool. We’ll be back!

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

Beautiful little cottage in a quiet location with a beautiful pool, very clean, nicely decorated, when you came out of the house, a bouquet of scents greeted you from the wonderfully landscaped garden with palm trees and beautiful flowers and cacti, no neighbor has a view of this gem.

Recommended accommodation without hesitation. As soon as we arrived, Mickaël was there to welcome us. He is very friendly. The house is impeccable, the entire private ground floor with private pool. A tenant lives upstairs but has their own access to the outside so no worries, they are discreet so if you see them once it's fine. The pool is bigger than in the photos so really interesting with barbecue and terrace. We loved our stay at Mickaël's and will come back without hesitation. As for the dog mentioned in several reviews, yes the neighbors have dogs, they are behind the wall on the barbecue side in kennels but during the day they are not there... you hear the barking a little in the evening and at night but it's really not all night or others in any case it can't ruin I think your stay unless a barking bothers you. House really lived up to our expectations.

This villa was absolutely stunning! It was clean and smelt amazing when we arrived! It’s a fantastic size and has everything you need for your stay. A great location and only a short distance into vilamoura. One tip I would recommend is we used Ubers to do some short distance trips which were amazing & great value! We did use the transfer company recommended by Isobel for airport transfers and our trips to the beach club - they were amazing as well! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

stunning apartment, appears exactly as the pictures show. homely and welcoming. great location, a short drive into town to avoid walking back up all the hills with children. swimming pool area was clean and welcoming of a family having fun. the apartment even provided beach/pool towels for us use, beach games and the umbrella came in very handy

Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds, great cooking facilities (we ate in most days), very clean, English TV channels and a good selection of board games & books. Great pool area with plenty of beds and Natalia was very responsive and helpful. We were there on a golfing holiday and all courses were easily reached by car within 4 to 10 minutes. Marina 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend

Just returned from a great stay here. Apartment is in a great location, close to town and the underground car park was a fantastic feature. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Wonderful views of the pool area and ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed and had a dishwasher and washing machine. There was a small balcony area with a table and chairs and some washing lines for clothes. Location is great for the town centre which is a 5 minute walk. Carvoeiro is located in the heart of the Algarve and is a good base for Ferragudo, Portimao and Lagos all of which provide excellent beaches and restaurant options.

Had a great time. The apartment had lots of extras for cooking, plenty of towels, blankets and everything else you would need for the stay. Communication was great and very accommodating.

Absolutely fantastic place! Exactly as described, spotlessly clean. It is in a wonderful place to explore Lagos. Edite was fantastic, so helpful. Highly recommend.

A fantastic stay in a very convenient location (although didn’t expect the hill!) There were 8 of us & made use of the 2 apartments together (we didn’t realise this was the case at the point of booking but it wasn’t an issue). The patios & pool were fantastic. Cannot recommend the team enough. Not only was Carlos there to provide a warm welcome and show us the home, he also bought in the essentials. Will definitely use again on future trips

Had a wonderful stay...organised an earlier check in for us no problem at all...beautiful villa, plenty of room for an 8 person family holiday....very peaceful and private. Stunning garden and pool area, plenty of space....Relaxing verandah area with bbq. Air con worked a treat after the hot sunny days.....Lovely 20 min stroll into Quarteira with beautiful beach and a few shops, wander along the seafront another 20 mins into the gorgeous Vilamoura Marina where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops....The Marina is only a 15m walk from the villa too and stunning at night when it's all lit up.... recommend food shop at Continental supermarket, they deliver, however there is a spar 5-10m walk down the road but quite pricey for a 'big shop'..Will definitely be booking again!! 👌

We had a fantastic time at this villa, it was very spacious and modern. The location was quiet and safe, and the outdoor area was gorgeous and in the sun all day. We made great use of the pool and sun loungers, as well as the outdoor bbq. Overall was a very pleasant experience :)

Incredible stay in this beautiful villa hosted by Wilson. We had such an amazing time! The view is simply magnificent, there is plenty of room and seating areas to enjoy it every minute of the day. We had the pool heated and it was totally worth it. Note if you are travelling with kids, there is a small separated part of the pool that is PERFECT for toddlers. Wilson was such a great host, starting from the Booking. He gave us plenty of suggestions and tips to make the most out of our stay and he welcomed us with a welcome basket which was much appreciated as we just arrived from our night flight. Everything was super clean and there was even everything you need to enjoy the pool and the beach with kids. Don’t look further, if you have a car, this villa is the best base to explore the Algarve. We would happily come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Lina’s apartment! The pool was great for a refreshing swim and the terrace was perfect for relaxing. We were four girls and really appreciated the cleanliness and privacy of the apartment, the easy parking, and its location in a quiet neighborhood - yet still close to Lagos and some stunning viewpoints and beaches. The views during my jogs to Ponta da Piedade and along the Fishermen’s Trail were absolutely breathtaking! We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again!

The villa was amazing! Very clean and much larger than what we expected! Wr appreciated the gardens and the peaceful location to enjoy family time! Beds were comfy! The kitchen was very well stocked and the games rooms and patio areas were amazing! Thank you!
