From the beginning, the host was always kind and attentive. The place is wonderful for people who want tranquility and contact with nature. I wouldn't change anything about the house, it's very cozy and organized. I'll be back soon.

We stayed in the apartment for nine days and it was a wonderful experience! The space was extremely clean, with very comfortable and fragrant bedding. It accommodated three people in complete comfort. The location is great — close to everything, with fantastic restaurants nearby. Everything went exactly as planned. I highly recommend it!

Guto's apartment is perfect for the stay in Buzios. The apartment is very comfortable, for two people, the location is perfect. The building's amenities like the pool are very good! Guto took care at all times that we don't miss anything and everything is perfect. The location of the apartment is the right one because while it is in the city center it is quiet enough. Everything can be done by walking and is very comfortable.

Wonderful stay! The super clean and smelling house, big, with a very nice and wide backyard! The host offers super quality bed and bath linens, and also surprised by leaving 2 extra towels for outdoor swimming or beach baths, for EACH guest! We also enjoy the entertainment of the pool, the dummy, and the barbecue! The location is close to the beach, and has a lot of contact with nature! I liked it a lot and gave it to relax a lot, I highly recommend it!

Our stay was great! The condominium is super nice and safe, the kids liked it a lot! The house is great, it was very clean and well-equipped. The beach near the house is delightful, super calm sea, but there is no umbrella rental structure. Monica is great and so is our communication. The only issue we had in the house was with a leak in the upstairs bathroom that leaked into the downstairs bathroom, the bathroom was unusable.

The house is great, very accessible, close to the beach and the fair is very close to the shops too! Great location, Everything is clean, comfortable, with all the kitchen utensils and space with a barbecue! Well reserved and safe! Just a detail about the garage, which is very tight, but it served us well! I recommend the house and will return more often. It met all my needs! Lina, who gave us the key, was super nice, very kind with everything! You'll love the house! Don't be afraid to rent it!

Our stay was excellent. The Leonardo who answered us is very good people, he was always available to help. We hired Fátima and Tati to help us with the food, we recommend it. They are great, attentive and the food was very tasty. The house is beautiful, on the side of the beach, and exactly as in the pictures. We went in 14 people, everyone was comfortable. We took a 5-month baby and they provided us with a crib and bathtub. It also had a feeding chair, which was used by my 2-year-old daughter. Everything is very well thought out to accommodate the guests. we hope to be able to return soon!!

Our stay was excellent! Henrique was extremely helpful, always responding quickly to our doubts. The house was impeccably clean, including the toilets, and the kitchen is very well-equipped, with all the utensils you need to cook, plus a great barbecue – which we enjoyed a lot to barbecue during the trip! The front beach is a veritable shallow paradise, with warm waters and no waves, perfect for relaxing. The condominium is quiet and safe, and the pool is also great. Although the center and the busiest beaches are a little distant, for us this was a positive point, as we were looking for a quieter environment. Since we already know the city, it was exactly the resting experience we wanted – and this stay provided that perfectly!

Great stay. Very nice place, quiet neighborhood. One block from the shallow beach. The house was clean. Huge yard and very nice pool. Telma and Tom welcomed us very warmly and were super attentive. Hostess Ana Cláudia responded quickly, was very attentive and promptly assisted us when needed. Due to a work need, Ana was very courteous in making the check-in and check-out times more flexible. I plan to come back again!

Alexandre is a great host, always answered our questions, the house and the space are ideal for a family of up to 4 people, had the necessary vessels for cooking, super safe condominium with 24-hour doorman, top pool. Area near Geribá beach and an ideal distance to other tourist attractions in the city.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
