Our hosting was great. The Erica hostess very solicitous always met us for questions and needs. The property of good location and for us who went by car gave us the opportunity to enjoy both waterfalls and some beaches. It is not far from downtown Parati. I calculated 8 to 10 minutes by car to the Historic Centre. The apartment is very cozy and full of utensils. Very clean and smelling bedding. The only bad point that for us because our daughter likes games a lot and use the night was the Internet. Very bad signal, falling straight down and down the house the TV only worked with streaming ( Putting an antenna for open channels might help), when the signal dropped, then there was no TV. The tel CLARO operator, is null of signal, only picked up after the bridge near the clover. General mode very satisfied and we were able to adapt to these small points that may be improved. Hello! We had a wonderful stay at the house. The location is excellent — in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the historic center and the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for resting after the tours. The house is very well-equipped, with complete kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and pleasant environments. I also highlight the care with cleanliness and attention to detail, which made a difference. The host was attentive and helpful whenever we need it. We were very pleased and hope to return to Paraty soon — and, if possible, stay here again!

We were well received, Mr. Almir and Sara very friendly and gave us several tips for sightseeing . Unspeakable housekeeping and had everything we needed, it was a wonderful week! Very nice and pleasant house, according to the photos of the ad, very quiet neighborhood, climate of the countryside, close to the beach, Dona Cida welcomed us very well, very friendly, I recommend.

Clean and comfortable place, very close to the beach, Jabaquara beach is quiet and peaceful, we woke up to see the sunrise, we walked, it is also very close to the historic center, at a point that is not crowded. Stella gave many recommendations for tours and restaurants, kept in frequent contact to find out if we needed anything, it was all great!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described in the listing: rustic, cozy and surrounded by nature. We spent quiet and special days fishing, sunbathing and enjoying direct contact with nature. We made new friends and experienced moments of peace and simplicity that left a lasting impression on us. The house is beautifully located, super close to the historic center of Paraty and very easy to find. The house is clean and airy and we love the kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare our coffee and meals. Michelle is very quiet to contact, has given all the information and has always been available. We have nothing to complain about and the house has become our point when we visit Paraty again.

We all enjoy the stay. The house is comfortable, with good utilities and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Only the stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom, which has a very low ceiling and can be a problem for someone over 1.70m.

Renata & Colin are discreet, helpful and nature-loving. The place is beautiful, in the middle of the forest, and a delicious house. Espaçosa, well-equipped, good shower, warm and big and tasty bed. The balcony takes all the side of the house and you can spend hours enjoying the nature, the birds and the noise of the waterfall. The family of monkeys is a grace to part, every single day comes to keep company in search of bananas. We take your hand and watch you. The waterfall trails are easy and delicious taking you to various points of the river, with wells to bathe. We loved every moment in Paraty and Renata and Colin's house made it even more special! ❤️

The location near the city's entrance cloverleaf interchange offers a quieter environment, without the heavy traffic of the center, with easy access to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to being close to the city center.
