Excellent hosting! Fabio is very helpful, from the eve of the trip he already instructed us about check-in and the stay. He recommended good restaurants. It is very close to Shopping Rio Mar and also to Atalaia Beach. Super organized, complete apartment. I highly recommend it!

Space cozy, beautiful, organized and, above all, well located. The hostess was very helpful, since the beginning of the reservation, both willing to make check-in more flexible and in the indication of places for food and sightseeing. The value of the accommodation was fair and offered an excellent cost benefit, especially considering the location of the apartment; very close to the waterfront, tourist spaces and places for food. I highly recommend hosting!

Very good communication, the house very well organized, clean, exactly as in the pictures. Very good location and very close to the waterfront and as we went on Easter, near the village of Easter, with many options of entertaining. Dona Sônia was very solicitous, attentive and very careful from communication to how she organized the accommodations. Indico is very secure!

I was able to travel with my wife, my daughter and my mother, it's hard to describe how much we loved staying in this house. This is the exact place if you want to relax, be able to wake up early and see the sunrise and, little by little, watch the tide rise. All this while lying in the hammock. The house is impeccable and is in front of the main restaurants, with a few steps you are on the beach and can even take a boat to the islands or dry mangrove. Now, we just have to plan our return!

For those who want to use it for sleeping and food, the apartment is excellent, it has all the comfort of a good 3/4 with internal parking. However, as the apartment is on the ground floor of the condominium and the windows face the leisure area (small children's court and swimming pool) to have privacy it is necessary to keep windows and curtains closed, which results in a lot of heat. Finally, the CITY visitor will be well accommodated when returning for lunch (the kitchen is good and well supplied, only a stove (gas or electric) is missing, of course, guests will prepare their meals. The overnight is excellent . The Host is "positively off the curve" always helpful! WE ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE! Thanks Salete!
