André's place is ideal for those traveling as a family and need a spacious and cozy place close to the beach! With a short 1-minute walk you are at the cove beach, and in 10 minutes you arrive at Santa Rita! There were 8 of us and we were all extremely well accommodated! Very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your meals. We definitely plan to return.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

The hospitality was impeccable, the host is extremely polite and attentive. The atmosphere is very pleasant, organized and welcoming, with easy access to the center of Ubatuba and the highway. I recommend it without a doubt and I will certainly rent this apartment again.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

We rented Dirce's apartment to spend the holiday and it was a thankful surprise. We were in 6 people and we all loved the apartment. It is very close to Praia Grande, and it is possible to walk to the beach. It is also a very large, comfortable, clean and equipped apartment. We found everything working. The owner was also very accessible by returning us to messages very quickly and Priscila who delivers the keys was also very helpful. Everything is great and without any complaints to be made. I recommend it to everyone!

Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping center. I definitely recommend the place.

We are very helpful in answering any questions, from the time of the confirmed booking. Mrs. Angélica who took care of the cleanliness and organization, very helpful and friendly.(included in the stay). We hired her to take care of our food too (not included in the stay). All very new and well served. Fortress, access to the Praia do Pulso, which is private of the condominium. We used to enjoy the beach until lunchtime and return home with the feast ready. My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

I and my family loved the place. After 14hrs of road due to traffic, all we wanted was for the house to be perfect. More than compensated, everything working perfectly, the house looks like a movie mansion. The noise of the river, the peace of the place and the quiet neighborhood improved what was already perfect. I recommend and sure if you ever return to Maranduba, it will be in this paradise.

Apartment in a great condominium, close to Guarany Street, which is where the best restaurants and shops in the central region of Ubatuba are located. The condominium is great, very safe and with many leisure options, my family and I liked it very much and we will definitely return. Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in a great location, with a market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The space has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to stay in exactly the same place!
