Marucia was very helpful with everything I had questions about and always responded quickly; I found the place a little smaller than it is in the photos, I found that there were more plants in relation to what is in the photos too, which left the environment very "full"; Overall, I had no more problems with the house… just on the day of check-out, when we woke up to rainwater dripping from the stairs on the top floor, among other places where rainwater was also coming in.

The neighborhood can get a little noisy on the weekends and there is a lot of mosquito in the region. Our high point was to visit the beach of the broken car, just a few minutes' drive from there. Our stay was great! The house is clean, comfortable, organized and functional, had everything we needed, including for cooking. Régis was solicitous and flexible with the checkout. The only suggestion is to increase the flow of the upper floor showers.

The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

One of the best stays in the last few years with the family. A very quiet family condominium with no loud sound or uneducated people. The house was impeccable, very clean and with everything that was needed. Flávio always very attentive and flexible. I felt at home and my parents and family loved it. Indico a todos! It was with a little daughter of 1 year and was provided crib as well.

I went with my family to Maragogi and we stayed at Geazy's house. The house is just like the listing, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, a social bathroom, a garage for 1 car, a barbecue, kitchen items and everything you need to feel at home. He explained everything to us, gave us recommendations for a bakery, supermarket. The house is on a very quiet street, with several inns, at the end of the street you can see the sea. Anyway, this house is excellent, clean, well maintained, has all the utensils, spacious, well ventilated! I recommend it and would like to stay again. We were extremely happy with our stay. Lidianne is extremely careful and meticulous in everything. In addition to providing the most pleasant environment possible, he also made a point of leaving an afternoon coffee table with coffee, juice and cake (all very tasty and beautiful). She offers quality breakfast, charged separately, at a very affordable price to anyone. It has a market in the space that has several items (water, coffee, cookies and others), the prices are excellent. Lidianne's hosting was our best choice. I wish to return soon.

It has TVs in all the rooms. In the kitchen, the equipment is also quite complete. The street to get to the house is quite bumpy, but this unfortunately is beyond the control of the landlords. We had the misfortune of being without electricity for a few hours, but again it was not the landlords' fault, since the other neighbors were also without electricity and the landlord promptly asked the power company to fix the problem. Anyway, I recommend the location.

We loved Casa Rustica, met all our expectations! We were in a group of 8 adults and one baby. The rooms were great, we had a lot of privacy. All the conditioned airs were working, linen and towels were clean. The hosts were super requested, whenever we needed to respond to us quickly. In addition, they gave us several tips about the city and places to shop. We were not driving, but this was not a problem, since the house is located very close to the beach and also to 2 markets and restaurants. The house has a great structure, several kitchenware and swimming pool. We highly recommend and hope to come back one day :)
