Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia do Abrãao

We love our stay at Flávia's flat! The atmosphere is nice and we don't miss anything! Super well located, close to coffee, market , restaurants and close to Porto! The city was clean when we arrived and communication was super fast! Super indico!

You can't stay with Giovanni and don't give 10 to all the questions, both for the property and the host. Second time we stayed with him and there is not even a caveat. The property corresponds 100% to the description and has a breathtaking view, the surroundings are beautiful and the condominium has complete infrastructure. And to top it off, the host is super polite, cordial and is always ready to help you with what you need, even the instructions he voluntarily passes are clear and well detailed. A golden tip, I strongly recommend the speedboat tour offered as an option for your stay. It was an unforgettable experience for my family. You can close with it that there is no error!

Val's apartment complies with everything published. Excellently equipped and clean, in a very safe and beautiful complex, important there are many steep climbs and descadas it is essential to have a car. Unfortunately the Temporal forced us to advance our departure one day, but for reasons completely unrelated to the apartment and Val's service. We will definitely return

I really liked the place! It's very centrally located and safe. It was also clean with good lighting. He left us a welcome letter and chocolates. We liked it very much. It had card games and 2 TVs. The bed is comfortable, with air conditioning and fans. If I go back to the island, I'll definitely stay there.

Julia’s place was absolutely out of this world. My friends and I stayed here for the long weekend and it was the best weekend we have ever had. The scenery was breathtaking, the beaches and restaurants were within a 5 minute walking distance and the amenities were perfect. I would advise bringing all of your food shopping for your stay before going to the island. It’s much easier this way. I’d especially like to mention the amazing hospitality from Julia, Jesse, Gabriela and Norma. They were able to give us lots of advice and numbers for water taxis which made our stay so much better and we did a tour around the island. This place is a must see. You will never find anywhere like this home!

The house is great and the location, there's no way to find fault. I highly recommend the service of Dona Elaine, who made a wonderful breakfast and lunch for us.

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned rooms and an equipped kitchen. Oceanfront. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because you access it through the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Parties are held very close to the house, this can be a little annoying for people who are very sensitive to noise, in our case it was not particularly a problem since there is a back room with a private bathroom and double door where you can hardly hear anything. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila, the girl who takes care of the house, is very friendly and helpful. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! A beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.

Great Airbnb with views of the sea and feels like you’re in the jungle. 100% reccomend. On the side of the beach that has bars that open abit later so easy to get back in the evening.

Lovely house with everything you need in a great location

Nívea has received us super well, very attentive and helpful with us! The house is great, spacious, well airy and well equipped, with natural light in the rooms and very clean, it makes it look like grandma's house that has space for everyone, together or apart. The garden is very well maintained and beautiful, it gives pleasure to be on the veranda and in the area of the barbecue. Internet is good, you can work online. Even with rain we had room to live without stress and to dry towels and clothes. The house is in the part of the beach where there are restaurants that offer tables with umbrellas and chairs to sit, in addition to the almond trees that give shade. Our stay was great!

I and my family loved the stay. The house is well located, close to everything on the island. We were made to feel welcome with a delicious chocolate cake. I felt at home. We will return. Gratitude!

Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! Indicate with eyes closed. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The apartment is amazing! The photos don't reflect how beautiful it is. It has a beautiful view, from the balcony. All the amenities that are posted work perfectly. Everything was spotless and Juliana is attentive and provided us with all the necessary information about the resort and its operation. We're already thinking about coming back...
