The Janet space is very cool, great location, spectacular view and close to everything, in addition to being in a very safe neighborhood. Bares, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy all within a short walk. Janet always showed concern for our well-being. We only have to thank you.

We stayed 6 days in Leila's apartment, as a family and we felt at home. Rosângela, responsible for hosting us, was wonderful for begging and very helpful The apartment is extremely clean, clean and fragrant linens, we will definitely be back. The kitchen has everything, a pressure cooker, baking sheets, we even made a lasagna lol. We just missed having a TV in at least one of the rooms, as we were with children, it would be nice to distract them a little. However, nothing prevents you from returning, because it was really worth it! The view from the bedroom and living room to the Pajuçara sea is unforgettable, it makes you want to live there lol thank you for everything and congratulations on taking care of the guests, we feel how much you care about every detail!

I spent 5 days in April with my son and husband at Igor's apartment in Jatiuca, and I loved the stay. The apartment is just as the photos in the publication show, I was very well assisted to get in and out. The apartment is super close to the waterfront and has everything we need nearby. I loved and indicated.

I loved staying in Marta's apartment. It is very well located for those who are sightseeing. Both the handicraft pavilion and the Pajuçara market are practically in front. There are several restaurants, and the Imperador dos Camarões is right ahead. There is also the Frutos Goiás ice cream shop, which offers different flavors. Marta was very kind in allowing me to stay a few more hours.

Quiet stay, description as advertised, only the internet did not work but we spent most of the stay on the street, in short the environment and location were great.

Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

4 friends traveling along the coast of Brazil we went through great places, wonderful landscapes, but we all unanimously went to Terezinha's house and the service of Bianca was the best home the most cozy, perfect house, if we had to choose a place to come back we would all choose this house congratulations and thank you

Our stay was absolutely amazing here! The house is not only beautiful and perfectly located, it's also smartly and tastefully built. It has everything one may need, the rooms are large and airy, everything works seamlessly and we spent countless hours in the garden, pool and at the beach, which you reach in less than 10 seconds by foot. What a little heaven on earth. Camila was absolutely wonderful to us, flexible and kind, responsive and understanding, making our stay even better. Also, our cook and cleaning help Nana & team added the extra touch, by making us feel at home straight away and understanding our needs with her attention and discretion. There were also so many great amenities for the pool and for playing for our kids, it was simply perfect. We had a beautiful time with our family and can only highly recommend this beautiful place! I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13th and 18th. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check-in was quick, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. Recommended.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

We very much like to have guests staying at the Ap da Lívia. Everything was very clean and organized, close to supermarket,pharmacy and restaurants the location is great.
