A spectacular home in paradise… the host was super friendly and attentive. Undoubtedly the best place for a dream vacation!!!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Cláudio gave us great suggestions of places, provided full support and showed attention, quick and very helpful response, sent to deliver a delicious cake that surprised everyone in the family, we will surely come back more often.

Excellent house and host, everything was as in the photos and description, and I can say it was better than expected! Privileged location on Itamambuca beach, and lots to do nearby. When I needed to communicate with Fernando, he was always very quick to respond. I totally recommend it and I intend to return!

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete our stay due to force majeure (family death), but the house is wonderful. Marcelo and Elisangela received us with great sympathy and explained everything about the house. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, has all the necessary utensils. The rooms and bathrooms are large, with very good showers. The pool is tasty and was very clean. Sure, we'll come back at another time. One of the best houses I've booked on the platform. I recommend it!

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as possums etc. The path to the beach is very close and the furnishings of the apartment are awesome. I'll definitely be back.

Roberto was very attentive at all times, the caretaker Fernando, who deals personally with the tenants, was very kind and helpful during my stay. Very flexible check-in and check-out, which was great. The house is in great condition, it is not new, but it maintains the comfort of one. Of the 10 guests, none pointed out the smell of mold in the house, which is rare when it comes to a house so close to the sea. It will remain an option for more visits to Ubatuba.

An amazing experience, impeccable house, extremely clean, organized, great structure, clean pool, air-conditioning in the rooms, impeccable bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, which made it seem like we were in our own home, and makes our trip even better, a special thanks to Fatima who welcomed us, completely polite, helpful, meticulous, answered all our questions, and helped us in everything that was needed, anyone who has the opportunity can rent their property without any fear, because they will certainly find a spectacular home, and even better hosts.

We spent 4 days at the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and very complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items such as salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, surfboards and beach tennis rackets, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving within 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super helpful but we had no doubts because everything is very well explained, there are clear instructions in all rooms. We loved it so much and hope to be back soon!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

We couldn't have chosen better, from the first contacts to go over the rules... But when we arrived at the house, it exceeded our expectations. Integrated environment, if you are at the barbecue you can see the children from the pool, but if you are inside the house in the living room, for example, you can also see them. Well-maintained, clean and complete furniture, structure and utensils. With Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the living room and barbecue, and even a washing machine. Cozy rooms, we felt at home. We'll definitely be back for more weekends, and if you're looking for a place like this, you can book without fear.

i have never seen a house as clean as Aunt Rê's house (the pots look like a mirror of so bright), extremely cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. We'll want to go back more often for sure!

The owners were very flexible with check-in and check-out, which helped a lot because of the holiday. We were in a family group of 12 people and loved the house, which was exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable and functional with 6 en-suites equipped with air-conditioning. In addition to the proximity to the beach (about 200m) the house offers a small pool that is good but we would enjoy 3x more if it were heated. We also had the help of Marizete in the kitchen, who prepared delicious dishes (we recommend it!). We left some tips to complement some missing items in the kitchen but nothing to detract from the excellent rating of the house. We'll be back soon!!!
