It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest in with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

I have stayed at many Airbnb over the past few years, and I can confidently say that this was my best experience so far. It felt like a luxury holiday experience at an incredibly affordable rate compared to other areas. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and the hosts are always available to help. The space was even better than described and was perfect for hosting our group of 10 people. I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to write one because there is truly nothing negative that I can think to say about our experience. The hosts have gone above and beyond to help you feel at home and they even provided us with a very generous welcome present upon arrival. The only comment I would make is that, if you choose to hire a private chef as the general area is quite sparse for supermarkets and restaurants, please make sure you do your own research and obtain various quotes. The host could help you, but they have no responsibility beyond the home.

House with a spectacular view, great location, close to shopping, market, bakery. Pleasant and very tasteful atmosphere, super-equipped kitchen. Photos are old compared to what I found, the condominium deck makes it easy to take boat rides. Super recommended!

The house is wonderful, the host's care and attention is in the details of the accommodation. The house has all the necessary utensils for your stay, as well as bed and bath linens. The condominium is wonderful! It was perfect! We went with Pet and it is completely safe for them. We love it! We will certainly be back!

Nina's space is true to the listing and communication flowed really well! Dizinho's cordiality and availability was a distinguishing characteristic. The beach with calm sea was great for my son to play. Because we went on a holiday, the beach had movement/music from other groups and schooners, but even so the days we spent in Nina's space were great!

What most caught my attention about the space initially was the extremely affordable price, and in view of that I can say that it was worth every penny. My biggest concern was the cooling of the place, since it did not have air-conditioning and I would spend an entire month of summer in it. But the host's description of it as a cool place is 100% accurate, the ceiling fan gave us more than enough support to feel comfortable amidst the region's heat. Although the neighborhood does not have great leisure offerings nearby, with knowledge of public transportation or a car, you can easily access the beaches and waterfalls of much of the Costa Verde. The host was very helpful in meeting our demands during the stay. I would definitely stay again.

Me and my family were pleased by the emergency service at the times when it was necessary. I couldn't help thanking the houseboy Luis Paulo, who was very attentive and always catering to us and remembering that he is the boatman who takes us to the house in complete safety. To stay on an island, having access to a small beach with quiet waters and only for us and our 7-year-old son, with a paradisiacal landscape, was our goal and was fully achieved at the home of Lu and Francisco. In addition to the cordiality of the hosts, I want to highlight the friendliness and goodwill of the boatman Letho, a rare person with whom I had many conversations. The place is wonderful, paradisiacal scenery, Letho took us to three beaches of Jaguanum, which was a great ride, especially for our son, where the dolphins made a show for us! The house is simple but has the essential, especially air conditioning, wi fi and refrigerator in perfect operation. We'll be back for sure!

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular!!!! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

We found the house better than described and better than the photos! House with appearance, quality, smell and utensils that seem very new! Private beach with very little movement! The pool and jacuzzi are excellent. The hall is very wide. The kitchen is quite complete. The four en-suites are excellent! Nothing to complain about! Only compliments!
