Gilma's attention and helpfulness is excellent, she also provided us with items for the beach, lounge chair, umbrella, refrigerator, etc. Very nice vacation and from Maragogi we were able to visit many beautiful nearby beaches. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my mother and sister for 9 days at Marcelo and Camila's place and it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. Everything was very clean and organized. Great shower and super comfortable beds and pillows (which I think is very important). The location is great tb. It is about a 2-minute drive to the beach and about 5/7 minutes to the street that has the village's shops and restaurants. Our communication was with Marcelo and was the best possible. We had a problem with the airline on the way there and Marcelo made everything easy for us, check-in and check-out at different times, provided contacts and answered everything very quickly and clearly. For us, it was wonderful to have his help. He also provided us with a lot of information about the area (food and leisure). For absolutely everything we needed, Marcelo responded quickly, extremely politely and helpfully. We highly recommend it! Thank you so much, again, Marcelo!

Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

The house is very beautiful and well equipped, it has a great structure, a person who gives attention during the stay. She is attentive to details. She left us a delicious cake! In the condominium, other guests from other houses had problems but not us because everything worked and she left us several contacts in addition to responding quickly. Wonderful house, inside a condominium with a tennis court, fitness center and swimming pool. The house has a small pool in the yard that serves very well. The beach is a few meters from the house and is accessed through the condominium. We hired a cook for the days by the owner's recommendation and it was great! The house is better than the pictures show! The only negative point, which may bother some, is the low water pressure in the shower, which is electric. Everything is new and of great quality!!

The flat is well located , with easy access to the beach , supermarket and bakery. Satisfactory reception service. Condomínio Nova, tranquil and with a sand path to the beach. The beach is quiet , very good for swimming and hiking . Well-equipped Flat, furniture, utensils and new electronics. The only observation is the cleanliness of the room's air conditioning, it had a large amount of dust still coming from the refurbishment of the apartment and that caused us an allergy (rhinitis) on the first day of stay . However , we contacted the company that promptly sent the person responsible for the maintenance and proceeded with the cleaning . In addition, we like the condominium and the flat very much, although at another opportunity, I will give preference to the flats located on the ground floor as we stay on the first floor and the stairs are not inviting at all for those who are on vacation .
