Waterfront vacation rentals in Praia de Iracema

Very well located apartment, 3 minutes walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. The area looks very touristy and quiet, if your idea is to be in Fortaleza for a few days, it is a very good option to consider. One aspect to highlight is that you have to pay the electricity bill in cash, which although it's not much, you may not have it at that time since they don't accept card payments. If you come from outside, always have some change in your wallet for these things. Congratulations to Leo for making us enjoy this experience.

The apartment is in a great location on Meireles Beach. It was even the place we liked the most in Fortaleza. It has everything necessary for a great stay. Juciane was an excellent host. I highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice, for its price it is the best, landscape apartments with this quality of beach view are more expensive, this was a find. Communication with Filomena and Lúcia is good, in 7 days of hosting we didn't even need to contact them, because everything was in order. The cleanliness was great. Absolutely the best location by the sea, basically just walking from the hotel you will find everything you need, from the most expensive to the cheapest, we spent very little on Uber. The hotel is great, the facial recognition access is very fast and practical and it has swimming pools, a 24-hour market and a cafeteria. For your information, in the 7 days we stayed, we paid 87 reais for energy. As a suggestion for the apartment, I believe it would be interesting to have a hair dryer, a full-length mirror in the master bedroom, streaming on the TV, and an electronic lock for practicality.

Extremely satisfied with my stay at Gabriel's place. The house is large and perfectly accommodated my family. The pool is bigger than it appears in the photos. The view of the river is even more beautiful in person and we took an incredible tour with one of the boats that are nearby, I recommend that anyone who stays also do it because it is very worthwhile. Gabriel was attentive throughout the stay, always answering any questions or recommendations. When we arrived there was a problem with the refrigerator that was already being resolved. The house needs some occasional repairs, but nothing that really gets in the way, I take into account that it is a house that gets a lot of sea air and I understand certain wear and tear. I highly recommend the space and I definitely want to return.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

FANTASTICA!!!! I can't even describe André's place. It's much better than the photos!!! Our group loved the vibe of the house, the BREATHTAKING view, the cozy house, the practically private beach!!! We had a fish barbecue on the beach, we hired Neide who cooks exceptionally, and several unmissable tours take place from André's house! I also thank the wonderful and accessible host, André. Anyway... I'm already planning to come back!!!! Obrigadoaaaaaaa

The house is comfortable, all rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and basic equipment with a blender, microwave and grill! The sea is the main attraction, going down the stairs you are on the beach with a spectacular view! We loved and had pleasant moments in the house! Thank you and until next.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. She left sheets and towels available. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet recreation area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family time and everyone loved it. I'm sure we'll be back. Once again, I thank the host for his willingness to always clarify any doubts.
