Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Praia de Cotovelo

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

The stay was excellent! The house is super equipped, clean and cozy, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. To get to the center of Pipa and the beaches you need to go by car, but everything is very close — in a few minutes we were at Praia do Madeiro, where we surfed and enjoyed it a lot! Beatriz was extremely attentive and gave us all the support during our stay. We feel at home and we will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting. I will come back for sure.

Gustavo is a great host, always responding to us quickly. Mrs. Neia is also a sweetheart. The house is very spacious, it has a balcony that is practically a second kitchen, the bedrooms are very good and the bathrooms too. The official kitchen is very complete. I will definitely return again.

It is undoubtedly the accommodation as shown. It's in good condition with an amazing view. As points to improve: change the mattress cover in the main room, fix the closet door in the other bedroom and add some teaspoons for the coffee. Patricia's recommendations were very helpful. We had breakfast at Olga Pao de Queijo and at the Golden Tulip where we got a 10% discount for staying at the Condominium. We had dinner several nights in Mazzano, it's next door and the food is very fresh and delicious. Also in Camarao. A special mention should be made of @kalnatal, our buggy driver, who in addition to showing us the beauties of Natal on his tours, is an excellent professional and above all a great person. We'll be back and we'll recommend them

It was the third time I stayed and as always everything was perfect.

Very pleasant atmosphere, clean and with wonderful views, very well located with many bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is about 3 or 4 blocks away and the area is very well policed, I felt very safe.

Beautiful place and super close to the beach. We will definitely return! The only problem we had was a leak because there was a day that it rained basically the entire day. Other than that, the stay was perfect. The balcony is sensational!

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

The apartment is outstanding! Very spacious, clean, well located. The common area is pleasant, the pool is open until late and allows a moment of leisure even for those who are in the city for work during the day. The team that works on site is very kind. There is a 24-hour grocery/convenience store a few meters away. Communication with the host and co-hosts was agile. I highly recommend it!

The stay was perfect. We have nothing to complain about, Eva and her husband are super proactive and always respond quickly, we felt at home. The house is super comfortable, I went with a 1 year old baby and it was super affordable and quiet. The strong point is the laundry part, whenever I asked for the washing machine it was available for us, we also used the barbecue one day. Everything was very good. Congratulations. I'd always come back!

The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist spots, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is extremely well organized, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!
