The house is excellent, very well-equipped, new and well-maintained furniture, extremely clean and leftover bedding, kitchen all equipped with utensils and appliances. The house is very close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and playgrounds for children. The hosts are very polite and helpful, I would definitely rent the house again.

Our stay was great, it met our expectations. My husband and I wanted to spend the Easter holiday in a quiet place, preferably on a beach where we could enjoy the sea and nature with plenty of tranquility. We found all this at Balneário de Manguinhos and Casa do Fazendeiro, which is practically 100 meters from the beach. The space matches the descriptions and photos presented, there are all the necessary essentials. The host is very attentive and polite. Thank you for everything, Solange!

Licelia was wonderful with us, I am a frequent traveler, and I consider Licélia to be one of the best hosts I have ever met, in addition to being very friendly, polite and pleasant, she prepared a dinner to welcome us. The host was extremely flexible regarding the time of checkin and checkout, gave us tips and was highly requested. The place is very well located in Barra do Jucu, we were able to enjoy nature and enjoy the trip a lot.

I've stayed with these hosts before and, as always, everything went really well. Communication is easy, they are attentive and check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds things up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and with air-conditioning in all rooms (positive point). One point of attention: the neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and has a reputation for being dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Suggestions for improvement: put blackout curtains in the bedrooms (even the light from the lamp post is too bright for those who are sensitive to light) and the mattress of the double bed is uncomfortable. On the other hand, the single beds and the auxiliary beds are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

The space is identical to the photos. Lorraine always responded quickly and was very kind. Dona Graciete is an excellent host, we made us feel very comfortable and welcomed us very well. What an amazing place! We booked the space to celebrate our son's 10th birthday with friends. We were looking for a place with a swimming pool and soccer field, and we found this paradise, where we were even able to receive our family who came from the interior of the state to spend the night. In the vicinity of the condominium, there are all kinds of shops, such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars, gym, etc. Undoubtedly one of the best locations in Vila Velha. Wânia always responds to messages quickly, she was an excellent host. Downside: The parking space is a little tight but nothing that gets in the way too much. You can rent with your eyes closed, there's no mistake. It met all expectations. I will return in the future…
