Loyal to the advertisement. Easy communication with Tatiana and the janitor . Apartment cozy, comfortable, clean and with smelling wardrobe. All we need for a family stay. Great location, overlooking the sea and outside the "bustle" because even in the carnival period we were not disturbed with noise.

The building is new and very beautiful. Very close to Bacutia beach, one of the best and most popular in Guarapari. Swimming pool and sauna available to guests. Apartment with a bedroom and large living room!!! Kitchen equipped to meet your needs. It was a wonderful stay!

The apartment matches the description and is very well equipped. When we arrived the apartment was impeccable, with extra towels and sheets available. It has a beautiful view of the mountains (from the apartment) and 360 of the penthouse (where the pool is located) Having a full kitchen and washing machine available made the difference. The apartment is very spacious, has 2 bathrooms, water filter, tank and all the necessities for a stay. It also has 3 parking spaces, a super useful kit to take to the beach (4 chairs, cart that turns into a table and cooler), new building and well located and with 24-hour concierge. In addition to recommending it, I'm already in the mood to go again!

It was the best apartment I ever stayed with my family in Guarapari. Impeccable bed and bath linen, all the utensils of great quality, hairdryer in the bathroom, all the rooms with air conditioning and everything impeccably clean! Brand new building and apartment and has a lookout at the lobby. Some very helpful hosts, they've even left us a treat, we'd definitely come back again! Note: the suite and the room have a sea view, in person is even better than the photos. Great place to rest and enjoy the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at Ana Carolina's apartment. We were very well received by Cristina, Ana's mother. The apartment was very organized, clean and fragrant, we felt at home. Ana Carolina was also attentive with the children, left some toys for them to play with, and also left a treat to welcome us. In short, we liked it so much that we intend to return.

Our stay at the accommodation was wonderful!!!! The apartment is great, well ventilated with everything you need to make meals and a breathtaking view of the lagoon. There were 5 of us and we were all accommodated very comfortably.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

I loved it, five stars! Flexible check-in and check-out that helped us a lot, safe place, great communication.

Great house, extremely clean, fragrant linens, super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean kitchen utensils, everything impeccable! Wonderful barbecue area, great pool. The place is gorgeous! The host is super polite, responds quickly… The place is more secluded, but there is a market nearby! Great for relaxing with friends and family. Anyway… perfect!

The couple is very friendly and welcoming, they welcomed us with a shrimp moqueca, which I thought was very good, because I arrived later and was already worried about going out to eat. The house is spacious, beautiful view, very close to the beach. It has a hydro, sauna and swimming pool, as well as games. The fishmonger delivers at home and the supermarket is close by, too. It was a good experience, as I had what I contracted, in addition to efficient and caring communication.

The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outside area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.

We had a wonderful experience at this Guarapari stay during the Easter holiday! From the moment of arrival, we were greeted with great affection — the host surprised us with a super special treat: an Easter egg that made our day even sweeter and more welcoming. The house is simply charming, tastefully decorated in a rustic style that won us over right away. Everything was impeccable, organized and prepared to make us feel at home. My friends and I were extremely satisfied with every detail of the stay and, without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought! We miss it already and we will definitely be back.
