Everything was great! Nothing to complain about, from the building staff to the residents, all cordial and attentive! The street in front of the apartment's balcony is busy, but the location is great, a few steps and we were already at the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

We were received by the owner of the apartment Maria Conceição with great kindness and she welcomed us. My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

the stay unfortunately had to be short , but very well used , grace the great installation, super comfortable, beautiful , very close to the sea , Sandra was very helpful, removed all my doubts and always showed herself the disposition, as well as the staff of the reception of the building , all very well polite, kind and helpful, as soon as possible we will return , I highly recommend.

Fantastico Apartamento! Large and comfortable room with air conditioning, full kitchen! We don't miss anything! Room with very comfortable and well ventilated beds! We sleep very well! The building and all its structure is wonderful too! It is practically on the sand of the beach. Very safe car parking, fast elevators and a very chic pool area providing a lot of comfort and sucks inside the building! High structure of the environment with places to rest in front of the sea! Rafaela served me very well, taking all the doubts and helping in the check in part. I highly recommend this apartment! You have nothing to complain about! All very well taken care of and with a sophisticated touch with lighting of LEDs all over the apartment! My family loved it! We spent perfect days there! I only have to thank you and recommend more to those who are looking to book this one, you can book with your eyes closed that the safety, quality and tranquility there will be right! TOP!!

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

I spent a simply wonderful weekend in the house. From the time of arrival to the exit, everything was perfect! The house is super cozy, clean, well-equipped and exactly like in the pictures. The atmosphere is very quiet and ideal for resting. The location is excellent, close to the beach and local trades. The sunset was a separate spectacle, a true gift from nature. The hospitality also deserves to be highlighted. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and made us super comfortable, always available to help with what was needed. No doubt, an amazing experience that I want to repeat soon. I recommend with my eyes closed to those who want to enjoy days of peace, leisure and a lot of comfort by the sea!

We felt at home in Renato's apartment. The reception by a condominium employee was super smooth and pleasant. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the beach. It had all the kitchen utensils a person needs to cook. We also really liked the practicality of the washing machine and also the items for going to the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart). Our car is small and they certainly wouldn't fit in our trunk. Thank you so much for the care and comfort you offer your guests. Excellent stay! The apartment was impeccable, exactly as in the pictures, the very beautiful decoration and all well cleaned up. The Amazing view without a doubt!! Since the first communication Renata was very solicited and flexible, I really have nothing to complain about, only compliments <3 I definitely recommend this stay to everyone, I hope to return again!!

The location is perfect, with market, restaurants, pharmacy and everything closer. We were super comfortable all the time, and the view?! Truly breathtaking!!
