My husband, Sol and I felt very welcome. Juliana was extremely friendly and polite, always available for any questions or eventualities. The space is beautiful, extremely clean and with a lot of nature around and suitable for those who want to relax and disconnect from the daily grind. We spent the weekend and, in addition to feeling at home, we also had moments of great peace and quiet. We like it too much. Juliana, thank you so much for the stay. We'll definitely be back

Our experience was incredible! My family and I love the stay. The house is very well taken care of, it was impeccably clean and organized. We were very welcome and felt at home from the very first moment. We recommend with eyes closed!

Everything was excellent! From check-in to the last day. Super effective communication, the place is beautiful. It has two bathrooms, which makes the stay much more comfortable! The location is unbeatable, and the place is super clean and comfortable. I recommend it 100%!

We had very pleasant days at the house: the view is breathtaking (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well maintained, the leisure area is super functional with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We were able to stay comfortably: air-conditioning worked properly, the shower was good and hot, and we made good use of the kitchen and other areas of the house. The highlight of everything was the service provided by the hostess/homemaker Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We didn't notice any major disadvantages in the house except that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not-so-recent construction). It is worth noting that, although the house is super close to the beaches of Geribá and Ferradura (about 5-10 minutes by car), its location high up makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The house is wonderful and I think the images are not enough to describe it. It has a privileged view towards Ferradura Bay and all you need to enjoy the place. Simon is a great host and is always attentive to every detail. He gave us many recommendations for walks, restaurants and different activities that I can say, they were very accurate!!. The location is perfect, within a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beaches and various attractions of Buzios. In addition to all this, the administrator is always present, Hugo, who is a great person, very attentive and always available to make your stay a perfect time. Nor can we forget Jackeline, who is a great cook and helped us with the various household chores, making our vacations very comfortable. Only 3 of them left to thank for their impeccable attention and always timely disposition.

Wonderful stay, it was exactly the same as the photos, the outside area makes all the difference.Marian is a sweet, super friendly and attentive, gave us several tips of places to eat and talked about the beach and traffic laws of the place.

I highly recommend it!!! spacious, airy house, all super equipped, impeccable tidiness and cleanliness, both in the house and in the pool, we enjoyed the gourmet area, family atmosphere, playground with toys, calm beach. The service was a 1,000, the host was very polite, courteous, helpful, high spirits, no words to thank you, they were memorable days. And there's a hypermarket in front of the condominium, we don't need to bring anything.🙏🏻

An excellent place to stay in Buzios, especially for couples. It is as it appears in the photos, a clean place and everything in good condition. The location is very good and quiet. Fernanda is very friendly and attentive, and is very willing to help. You can get around with Uber for the rest of the places and the beach. We went to Rua das Pedras and practically to almost all the beaches of Buzios, and the most we waited in the car was 15 minutes. Geriba beach is a 13-minute walk and a 3-minute walk from Porto do Barra, the best sunset in Buzios.
