The house is very large, I went with 30 people and it accommodated everyone, the pool is also large, we loved it, it is also close to the beach and some shops, the house was in order and very clean when I arrived, I liked it very much☺️

The father who lives next door to the house does the check-in and check-out and is a very friendly man! The house was exactly as described. We had 3 dogs with us that we could leave free in the garden because it is well enclosed. The beach is very close and there are nice bars.

We had a great stay in this wonderful home in Peruíbe. Complete, clean, well airy and comfortable. It is very close to the beach and has a swimming pool and barbecue, allowing the fun to take place in the house itself. The hostess has always served us kindly and proactively. We will definitely come back more often.

The house is practically ground floor. Large living area. More isolated rooms, all of which are suites. Very close to the beach. The market is close and there is a Bakery/Grocery Store on the corner. it's really worth it.

The house is very simple but it met our needs well. Pool and location are a great differential that was worth a lot. The service and attention of Alessandra also counted a lot. It was a great weekend.

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

Our experience at Lucia's house was simply amazing! The house is wonderful, very spacious, airy and super well cared for. We were greeted with great sympathy and attention by Ana, who welcomed us very well. Lucia was available whenever we needed her, which made all the difference in our stay. The location is excellent, a few meters from the beach, which facilitated our tours and ensured even more pleasant days. The structure of the house is complete: air conditioning in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, utensils in great condition, comfortable beds and all the items needed for a practical and cozy stay. The pool was a real success! The children had a lot of fun every day, while we were able to relax in a safe and well-maintained environment. The outdoor area is perfect for family moments, with plenty of space and tranquility. Besides accepting our pet. We love it and hope to return soon. Thank you!

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about, from the building staff to the residents, all cordial and attentive! The street in front of the apartment's balcony is busy, but the location is great, a few steps and we were already at the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

We stayed only for a weekend plus we loved the house, everything clean smelly and organized, the place super quiet and calm, the house and according to the announcement and even bigger! beach on the same street of the house, the house and huge and fit enough people. It has a good size bathroom in the hallway and a small one in the service area. The service area is difficult to hang the clothes, but it has a washer that helps a lot. The well-equipped kitchen and has all necessary utensils. The owner left some coffee capsules to make and has a water filter in the kitchen. This is great ! The rooms with comfortable beds, only the double one is small for a man of 1.80. Sala has 4 reclining leather seats and a large TV with access to all platforms. Fast Internet. The view is beautiful!
