Everything was great! Nothing to complain about, from the building staff to the residents, all cordial and attentive! The street in front of the apartment's balcony is busy, but the location is great, a few steps and we were already at the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

The father who lives next door to the house does the check-in and check-out and is a very friendly man! The house was exactly as described. We had 3 dogs with us that we could leave free in the garden because it is well enclosed. The beach is very close and there are nice bars.

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

Communication is always very easy, the caretaker and a lot of good people and you can talk for hours with him, Roberto is always very attentive, he answered very quickly and with very accurate information. I discovered a little bit about the history of the house and found out that it was already part of my childhood and now as an adult as well. The place is very clean. It has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The space under the house is quite large and fits well over 1 car and 2 bikes. I took Nina, my little dog, who was super comfortable in the house and with the caretaker too. You don't need any doubts, just go and it will be the coolest house you can go to. I'll definitely be back at Casa dos Piratas

Great stay, Sheila always very kind and always responding with speed, view of the whole beach and super quiet place to stay and good to sleep because it is not a messy neighborhood! Fully equipped kitchen and the apartment as well. And yet I was surprised with a treat at the time of arrival, I loved the days there and it's there.

The house with a view like a soap opera, you know, waking up and seeing the sea, it was so wonderful that you opened the gate and the sea was right there in front of you, a super comfortable house with everything you needed, it even had a hair dryer, the bathrooms were like a hotel. In the kitchen, there is the option to cook, barbecue or even use the wood stove. Douglas was very attentive, Kati, who took us the key, was super communicative, we loved everything there, my family and I already want to go back.

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Edson's apartment, and we'll be back many times, for sure. The location is very good, close to hypermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores. For those who go by bus, the bus station is less than a 5-minute drive away. The host always responds very quickly and politely. A score of 1,000!
