Toto patří mezi přední architektonická díla Černošic. Autorem projektu pro manžele Všetečkovy z let 1940–41 byl pražský architekt Bohumil Kříž, žák architekta Josefa Gočára na Akademii výtvarných umění v Praze. Patrový dům stojí v architektonicky rozvržené zahradě. Má tvar kubusu se škrábanou omítkou (březovou kůrou), terasami, typickým okenním členěním a rovnou střechou. Originální řešení exteriéru i interiéru s využitím nejmodernějších technologií zajišťovalo majiteli vysoký komfort bydlení.

The house is 30 mins to Prague by Bus or train. I have 2 spare guest double bedrooms, with an adjacent large private bathroom for exclusive use. The 2 nd bedroom is available after 2 Guests.i.e. Guests 3 or 4, possibly children.. No young groups.

At the house pleasant sitting under grown wine. The garden is equipped with a large trampoline, there is a pizza grill and Weber grill available to visitors.
