Le logement se situe au terminus de la ligne c du métro au rez-de-chaussée d une Maison ou l hôte et sa famille habite les étages supérieur il est conçu pour 2 personnes maximum une cuisine petite mais très pratique à utiliser une plaque chauffante au on peut sans sans problème préparer ses repas une chambre avec deux lits une salle de bain propre avec eau chaude un lavabo avec un grand miroir et un lave linge très utile si vous restez plusieurs jour .autour se trouve plusieurs parcs des grandes surfaces alimentaires et de nombreux commerce il y’a plusieurs restaurants où on peut boire une bière et manger un plat sans se ruiner l hôte est disponible pour résoudre et vous conseillé si vous voulez passer un séjour à Prague c est un excellent endroit à proximité de la ville historique et profiter de la campagne.

The place was perfectly great for me to stay in Prague for a month! It's comfortable, in a nice quiet part of Prague, near the metro and a couple supermarkets. Pavel and his family were really nice and friendly, they helped me with everything I needed, gave me travelling advice and were overall very helping! I enjoyed my stay very much and would totally stay here again! Huge thanks to Pavel and his family!

Beautiful apartment with lot of space and very well presented! Helena was super kind since the beginning, she actually bought us champagne! I would 100% recommend this place. I'm coming back!

We needed a stay at Zbraslav, for weekend, with friends. Two neighbouring appartments with terrace, clean and neat, easy to find and reasonably priced. Overall we were happy with the stay and can recommend it

Es ist eine einfache Wohnung in einem alten Haus, aber im Gegensatz zu den sonstigen Ikea-Katalog Angeboten hatte diese zumindest eine sehr persönliche Note. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Es war sauber und es hat zu keinen Zeitpunkt schlecht gerochen. Leider ging das Internet nicht. Aber wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum und viel Platz um zu arbeiten oder Yoga zu machen. Die Matratzen waren gut, aber es fehlt ein richtiger Lattenrost darunter.

Ubytování splnilo, co jsme očekávali. Prostě přespat dvě noci a neočekávat pětihvězdičkový hotel. Vše čisté, ale pár věcí krajně nepraktických. Z postele trčící vruty, takže jsem měl strach, že jsem roztrhl povlečení. Dcera, která se o podobný vrut řízla. Toaleta, na kterou se dvoumetrový chlap nevleze, aby u toho měl zavřené dveře, Televize na kterou se dá dívat jen od stolu. Žádné prkýnko na krájení pečiva. Ale pokud bych za rok hledal ubytování poblíž Kutné Hory, nebo Kolína, klidně bych se vrátil.

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Lukas was especially helpful and attentive, providing clear guidance and support throughout my stay. I’m very satisfied and would definitely come back if I have the chance!

U Martiny se nám velmi líbilo. 4denní pobyt přesně naplnil naše očekávání. Vše bylo krásné a perfektně čisté. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Ocenili jsme mimo jiné technické "vychytávky" loftu, rychlé reakce Martiny a její nevtíravou péči; dále přehledně zpracovaný "návod na obsluhu" loftu i sauny, drobné občerstvení bylo také milým doplňkem. Soukromé posezení venku bylo příjemné. Rádi se zase vrátíme.

Na statku u Pavlíny jsme byli velice spokojení! Jde o částečně zrekonstruovanou (nová koupelna a kuchyně) budovu statku, kde budete mít vlastní vchod a plné soukromí. Rozhodně doporučuji a oceňuji hlavně: +Velmi pohodlné a dostatečně velké ubytování +Blízké hřiště prakticky v objektu (se ziplinou) +Poníky a možnost na nich povozit děti +Vstřícnost a laskavost Pavlíny +Překrásné okolí a rozhled do krajiny +Velmi příznivou cenu Děkujeme!

We have been using Airbnb services for many years. This stay has been by far the most pleasant experience we had. We really loved the spacious indoors, nice kitchen and the living area, sport equipments and a very big garden. The place gave so much privacy and peace. We felt secure and relaxed. We look forward to visit again, and hopefully to stay a month!

Hledali jsme cíleně ubytování v této části Prahy na dobu dvou týdnů. Majitel vstřícný a napomocný. Vše proběhlo bez problémů. Pokud někdo vyžaduje absolutní ticho, mohl by vadit provoz z hlavní silnice. Pro nás byla dostupnost MHD výhodou.

Vojta was a fantastic host with a beautiful apartment! The rooftop terrace truly does have a panoramic view and we were able to use the jacuzzi during the day and at night ( with two stunning views). The apartment is located in an extremely convenient location, close to all the popular tourist attraction without the crowds and noises of tourists. Vojta was super friendly and communicative and was always happy to help when we needed. Would definitely book again the next time we come to Prague - good location, good host, tidy apartment and easy access to the building!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden als Familie dort untergebracht. Die Ausstattung modern und alles da was wir bräuchten. Eine ruhige Lage mit schöne Terrasse, jeden Tag hatt uns die Katze besucht auf der Terrasse das uns gefreut hat, hat sich wie zuhause angefühlt. Gastgeberin war immer gut erreichbar und freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

This was my second time staying at this property, and it was just as great as the first. I stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing or getting work done. The private parking was a big plus, and the place had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the host was friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!
