The location was insane, so central to everything. Hanka messages were great, she communicated quickly with really clear instructions. Loved the pictures around the house as it made it really homely. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Excellent stay, quiet neighbourhood and very close to tram stop and supermarket. Yana is an excellent host who helped me with problems instantly. I stayed for 10 days and it was a great stay. Kitchen was fully equipped .

Vera ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Die Wohnung selbst liegt etwas außerhalb in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir fanden dies als sehr angenehm nach dem Trubel tagsüber in Prag in die ruhige Wohnung zum Schlafen zurückzukommen. Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Great location and very good reccomondations!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see Prague without going to tourist hell. It is in walking distance to the castle. Public transportation is less than 5 minutes walk to take you in 10 minutes to the tourist areas. The balcony looks out on a peaceful square in a family neighborhood. The apartment was carefully restored and is a very pleasant, restful place to stay. It had a full kitchen with all the accoutrements.

Martina hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist hell und gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten für einen schönen Abschluss des Tages ist angenehm. Geschäfte (Globus, Rossmann, Apotheke) und Restaurants (z.B. Pub) sind nahebei. Die Metrostation Nové Butovice ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Von dort ist man schnell im Zentrum von Prag. Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Martina und fühlen uns fast wie zuhause.

Preiswertes AirBnB mit toller Lage und einer netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Es gibt Einkaufsläden,preiswerte Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung

Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Merkeze yakın fakat çok huzurlu bir yerdi. Evin tüm odaları yeterli genişlikteydi. Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Ladislav’a çok teşekkürler…

Zůstali jsme 3 noci s dvěma pejsky. Hostitelka byla moc milá a psi si užili zahrádky i přilehlých polí. V okolí bylo ticho a v noci nás nic nerušilo. V kuchyni jsme nevařili a nevyužili jsme ani grill. K dispozici jsou lehátka a altanek na posezení. Ubytování je pěkné, odpovídající fotkám. Nic luxusního, ale plně nám to postačovalo.

We hebben 10 dagen doorgebracht in het huis van Kristyna en ons prima vermaakt! We hadden overwegend goed weer, waardoor we het zwembad lekker konden gebruiken. Prettig: de binnenkant is van een soort zeil en niet van tegeltjes dus lekker comfortabel zonder scherpe randen. Iedere dag buiten eten, bbq een paar keer gebruikt, prima bedden, horren voor alle ramen, airco door bijna het hele huis. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers maar 1 daarvan is op de overloop van de andere 2 slaapkamers en daar heb je dus wat minder privacy. Keuken is prima (er is alleen geen oven) Veel prive tuin/ruimte om het hele huis. Er is een ander klein gasten verblijf vlakbij maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad en de tuin kan eventueel verder afgeschermd worden als je dat wil. Zwembad en tuin zijn sowieso prive. Voor wie Praag wil bezoeken: zet je auto neer bij de P+R ‘Cerny most’ en pak de metro naar het centrum. Metro is €1,- p.p. en parkeren was €2,- voor een hele dag

Místo bylo velmi příjemné. V okolí je pořád co dělat. Chalupa je nadmíru vybavená - měli jsme všechno co jsme potřebovali.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jakub. La maison était très agréable et grande même pour 5 personnes. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le secteur. Merci pour les petites intentions et les nombreux documents pour préparer nos visites. La boîte à clés est très pratique.

Wir waren eine Gruppe und hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Haus. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben: gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herzlich und unkompliziert. Lediglich für den Reinigungszustand an ein, zwei Stellen gibt es einen Mini-Punktabzug. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus, in dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben - eine klare Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

We checked-in quite late in night and Nicola was waiting for us without any complaint. And even we requested for late checkout (12 PM instead of 11 AM) and she approved our request without any further complaint. She is very accomodating. We will definitely visit again her place whenever we will come to Prague.

Świetne miejsce dla tych, którzy chcą być zarówno blisko cudownego miasta, ale też blisko przyrody.

I stayed here with my husband for our first visit to Prague, and I would love to stay here again next time. Ephraim made our time in Prague so much better by being a fantastic host. He baked us welcome treats and breads, and every detail in the apartment was thought about, including matching robes. He has a great list of recommendations for food, coffee, and entertainment that should not be overlooked! The number 9 and 15 trams are also a close walk which take you to Praha 1, but there is some much that this neighborhood has to offer. When traveling to a new place it can be difficult to know where things are located and where the good food is, but Ephraim made our stay feel like an extension of home. Thank you, Ephraim!

Michal war sehr freundlich, alles hat super geklappt, er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, nahe der Moldau und nur fünf Minuten vom Kongresszentrum entfernt. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder dorthin gehen, danke!

Great place, great location. Very peaceful and quiet. Super responsive. The kitchen faucet was broken and they sent a repair man on a Sunday. Highly recommended!!

The apt is beautiful, located at a modern building complex, with a great view of the Tv tower on the 11th floor. It has all the amenities you will need. It is beautifully furnished and Martina was very friendly and helpful with tips of what to see and how to get to the center via public transportation. There is free parking included in a garage, and pets are welcome too. There is conveniently a small market and 2 restaurants in the complex. Me and my dog loved our stay in Martina's apt. We highly recommend!

Polecam miejscówkę. Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania- wszędzie blisko spacerkiem lub komunikacją dla każdego coś się znajdzie. Okolica mieszkania urokliwa! W pobliżu dużo restauracji, sklepów. Spacerkiem 5 min od Weltawy. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny komunikacja na 6+. Mieszkanie co prawda wymaga remontu ale było czysto i wszystko co potrzebne na miejscu!!! Jeśli szukasz miejsca które ma być idealną bazą wypadowa do lokalnych atrakcji to Zeki ma super miejscówkę ❤️

Příjemné ubytování kousek od centra, nic nám nechybělo.

Martin's place is great for both travelling with family or friends. Near a nice mall with a big Tesco for groceries. Public transportation to the city takes a bit of time but several trams near the location. The apartment was spacious and had all of the amenities (including dish-washer poes and laundry detergent). Could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise nice.

Duschkabinen Tür kaputt, bisschen nervig. Und die Heizung im Bad ging nicht. Zusätzlich steht in der Beschreibung "kostenlose Waschmaschine/Trockner", aber das entspricht nicht der Wahrheit.
