Cottage vacation rentals in Prado del Rey

Peaceful stay for a week. Beautiful elevated location with panoramic views. Rocabella restaurant at the bottom of the track was great if you dont feel like venturing out far, with a varied menu from light bites to main dishes with burgers, steaks and fish.. My advice would would be to grab some basic groceries from a supermarket prior to going up to the house i.e coffee, bread eggs , drinks etc. I travelled with my ederly mother and the accomodation was suitable for our needs as she is unable to manage steps. There is one twin room downstairs with a bathroom and walk in shower which is next to the kitchen , lounge and outside patio so easy access for her with limited mobility. its would not be suitable for a wheelchair however. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee to relish the sun rise and sunsets, and also affording privacy if travelling with others in your group. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 😊

Sitio bastante acogedor para una pareja, en un lugar bastante tranquilo y a un paseo muy agradable a la playa, recomendable.

Todo perfecto, la zona exterior muy cuidada y bonita. Fiel al anuncio. no tuvimos ninguna complicación para llegar y acceder y eso que nuestra llegada fue bastante tarde. Nos lo guardamos para repetir.

fantastic comfortable stay. Amazing views over Ronda and only a 5 min drive to the centre. Host was super helpful and great communication. The property was spotlessly clean and the addition of the spa bath was great. The complementary wine and water was a nice thought. The house looks lovely at night with very pretty lighting. I would highly recommend a stay here when visiting Ronda 😁

We stayed for 7 days in May , we swam in the pool each day and used the jacuzzi in the evening. It was exactly as advertised, spotless, neat and tidy. The car was a great advantage as the towns are a bit away. Kila was a most helpful and kind host and easy to contact if required. Beautiful mountain and valley scenery and so quiet and peaceful.

This villa is like heaven on earth! I have never been to a more beautiful place in my life.. the surroundings are paradise.. large cypress trees surround the villa and large extensive grounds.. there is a beautiful large celebrity worthy pool and stunning log table with Greek style tiled gazebo! The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need! There are fabulous tennis courts and plenty of seating in the grounds over looking the acres of land! Every corner had something more fabulous! We also had visits from a gorgeous little dog which made our trip! I cannot praise this beautiful place enough! Heaven on earth!!!!

The property is really tucked away and you have to pay attention to the directions otherwise you’ll struggle to find it, but this is typical in this region. Even though we arrived late (approximately 11.00pm) getting into the property was very easy. Each room has its own heating/cooling system so we got to the temperature we wanted very quickly. Overall, everyone (there were 8 of us) was happy with the accommodation inside. Outside is just perfect. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, 8 sun loungers, tables and chairs for all, and a great barbecue.

L’hôte était très accueillante, sympathique et prévenante. Elle répondait rapidement à mes questions/demandes et veillait à ce que nous soyons confortables et satisfaits. Elle est vraiment une super hôte! D’autre part, la maison est très jolie et confortable. Tout était à notre goût! La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle et nous pouvions cuisiner de bons repas. Le lit est aussi très confortable.

La choza de Puri es una maravilla. Ubicada en un sitio tranquilo y a la vez cerca de los puntos más bonitos de la zona. Tanto Puri como su marido fueron muy amables y dispuestos. Gracias! ¡Volveremos!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Jarandalus for 5 days, looking for a peaceful home in beautiful surroundings, and we got exactly that. The house and gardens are amazing, and the views are breath taking. The home feels luxurious, and Salvador and Isabel were warm and welcoming when we arrived, and Salvador was available and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The barbecue was excellent, the pool was lovely, and we greatly enjoyed being in the grounds of the house. The location has fantastic views and is close to several small towns, and only 30 minutes from Ronda, so is convenient but is at enough distance to give a peaceful and quiet stay. This was well worth the money, we loved our stay, and hope to return some day in the future.

Hemos estado muy agusto pasando unos días fantásticos, la casa tiene toda las comodidades y no es necesario ni salir, hay mucha paz y mucha calma Ildefonso siempre pendiente de todo, un placer, seguramente en un futuro volvamos a repetir.

Ein Kleinod mitten in den Hügeln umgeben von Natur. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach wunderbar. Man hat einen 360 Grad Rundumblick. Der Pool ist vorne flach und hinten 2 Meter tief so dass man problemlos reinspringen kann. Das Areal bietet viele Sitz - Liegeplätze zum verweilen. Das Haus ist entzückend im spanischen Stiel gebaut und sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts, ob elektrischen Orangenentsafter, Kaffemashcine usw. Ist alles nötige vorhanden. ÜberGewürze, Alufolie, Shapoo, Duschgel, Mülltüten, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher alles war in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden wir mussten nichts kaufen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Stadt Colin ist 5 km entfernt. Dort findet man eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Supermärkten was wir auch zu schätzen wussten. Jesus ist ein sehr netter, zuvorkommender Vermieter der sofort bei jeglichen Problemen oder Fragen verfügbar ist und Abhilfe leistet. Danke Jesus für so ein schöne Zeit in deinem Haus.

Juan José el propietario fue una persona súper amable y educada. La casa de encuentra en una ubicación super bonita y tiene absolutamente todas las cómodidades que se pueden llegar a necesitar en una casa. 100% Recomendable, si vuelvo por la zona está sería mi primera opción de alojamiento

We kwamen in de avond laat aan dus de weg door de bergen rijden was uitdagend. Onze huurauto heeft heel wat hobbels en stof overleefd. De route was makkelijk via Google Maps. Bij aankomst in het donker is het even zoeken waar je moet parkeren en welk appartement het is. Binnen waren we verrast door de stijl en de warme uitstraling, alles was schoon en zelfs de handdoeken roken lekker. Om alles was gedacht. We konden boodschappen doen met de huurauto en in het appartement koken en bbqen. De omgeving is echt prachtig, er zijn veel niet toeristische wandeltochten te maken. Moe en voldaan konden we helemaal relaxen aan het zwembad, we voelden ons vanaf het begin thuis. Eva en haar man zijn zeer vriendelijk en attent, we kregen veel tips en vrijheid. Nos quedamos en este alojamiento 19 personas durante un fin de semana de distintas edades incluidos niños y estuvimos como en casa. Calefacción en todas las habitaciones, baos completos. Unas vistas preciosas y mucha tranquilidad. Recomendable

We had a fantastic stay in Alberto’s apartment. The lovely outdoor garden, the cozy and sunny courtyard, the private parking… We really felt at home and welcome. Alberto is very helpful and friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is more than we expected. It has a well fitted kitchen, a spacious bathroom with great shower, fast WiFi and a lovely living room. We used one of the three spacious bedrooms and our bed was fine. Thank you very much for having us Alberto and we hope to see you again! Hans and Frankie

From the moment we booked Carlos’ beautiful house he was the perfect host. Sending directions the day before, meeting us at the house to show us around then leaving us to enjoy the break we had been so looking forward to. Carlos was always there if we needed him. The house is perfect for families with a small very private apartment literally 30m from the back of the house. The main house itself is full of character with air conditioning but actually not required as the stone building kept many of the rooms really cool despite the 34 degree temperatures outside. The kids were never out of the pool which was very safe and very clean. The kitchen is brilliant for the family evening gatherings and sharing main meals or breakfast outside. Due to the Google directions Carlos sent we literally went straight to the house within 1hr 15 mins from leaving Malaga airport. The solitary neighbour is very friendly and offered some tips on where to visit. La Ronda is beautiful too. Thank you

Exceptional location. Absolutely stunning. Maria was a very friendly and accommodating host. The house is a traditional house and was equipped with everything we needed.

Buenas, el sitio es muy bonito, lo tiene todo muy cuidado y limpio, tiene de todo en la casa tanto homenaje del hogar como que te da facilidades en todos los aspectos, muy amable y pendiente de sus huéspedes. Gracias, repetiría la experiencia sin dudarlo.

Lovely cabin in the woods, cut off from stresses and strains of life. A challenging drive but well worth it. Sabina and Walter were helpful throughout. Loved our stay there and would go back. Thx again.
