The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and all items are new and of high quality. Cozy beds to relax in. Cozy sofas invite you to spend an evening at home. You quickly feel at home. The kitchen invites you to cook. The dishes and the chairs and the table are also of high quality. Everything worked smoothly: check-in and check-out as well as communication with Juan Pablo and Tatiana. The location is perfect and yet quiet. The house is spacious, cute, clean and in the center so there's no need to pay for transportation for anything. Antonio is very attentive and helps you with whatever you need, respond immediately, he is a great person. I recommend staying in this place. Thank you for everything

It was a very nice place to stay, I would highly recommend it as everything was straightforward and nicely laid out.

The house is very large has many rooms and rooms. There is a tiny patio in front of the house. The house is close to the historic center and Recoleta. There are shops nearby. The downside is a fairly small parking lot because there is already one pick up in the driveway and you have to get in the other one in our case. If you have a lot of luggage, it's optimal. The second car belongs to the family of the homeowner who lives in the house adjacent to the one we rented. You also need to move your car sometimes when the other vehicle wants to leave. The stay was short but very pleasant because the owner and his family are very helpful.

Big, beautiful minimalista-style house. So easy to communicate and work with host -very receptive, courteous, and accommodating! Very, very clean and so colorfully and tastefully decorated. Hot water in showers and sinks, ample linens and towels, sufficient kitchenware, garage, laundry sink and washer, comfortable beds with memory foam, everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. I have never stayed in an airbnb in Bolivia as nice as this one. It is definitely like stepping into a first world experience! Comparable to a 5-star hotel at a fraction of the price. I would come back again and again! Plus, the neighborhood is quiet and the park behind the house (just around the corner) is great for kids. There are fun tire swings and friendly cats! It was great! We especially liked that everything was so nice and clean. Also the beds, linens, towels, everything was perfect. We were greeted very warmly and kindly by Celia. She was always there for us throughout the stay. Always responded within 2 minutes and made sure we were well. Milton was very responsive and helpful, and even let us check in a few hours early when the apartment was ready as we arrived off a night bus. His parents live in one of the other apartments and owned a shop above the apartments and were very helpful and always on hand. The only improvement would’ve been a drying rack for the dishes as we had to lay a towel out on the counter top to let the dishes dry on. Overall a lovely stay.

Modern apartment in a quiet place, we do not use the facilities of the common area, but they look great. We felt excellent during our stay.

Large apartment, very nice and very conveniently located. Right across the street there is a supermarket, bank (where you can receive Xoom transfers), cafeteria, pharmacy, etc. The only thing I can say about the apartment is that there is no heating system. Otherwise everything is perfect.
