Villa vacation rentals in Posedarje

Owner was very helpful, flexible, gave a us good recommendations. House was very nice, clean, cozy, equipped with entertainments for both adults and children. Suitable for families, couples and party groups. We would definitely go back to the same house if we travel to Zadar again.

Great accommodation. Just like the pictures. The villa is very large and worth every penny. There is a good restaurant in the city. In the evening there is a relaxed bar by the water. You can easily get to Zadar by taxi. Warmest recommendation. We will book again.

We arrived with 3 people at this beautiful house and spend a few wonderful days there. The owners got there just a few minutes after our arrival. They were very friendly and polite. They got some fresh fruits, and different kinds of bread for us. There were some cold drinks, cheese and cold cuts in the fridge, too. Everything was beautiful decorated and we felt comfortable from the first moment we arrived. The pool was awesome (still a little bit cold, but it was a nice refreshment in the afternoons) and everything looked exactly as described! The rooms were very bright and super clean. The check in was easy and the communication was quick and effortless. There are some beautiful beaches in the area, but I would recommend to go there by car. The next beach was less than a 10 min drive and only about 800m away. My friends and I would stay here anytime again! (:

Beautiful accommodation, very helpful landlord, great overall package

Large well equipped house, with five generous double bedrooms. There is lots of space for a large group or family. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The house is on a busy road so the pool area does have some road noise but you cannot hear it in the house. All the windows have shutters and bug screens which is great. The house is very convenient for exploring the general area, we even drive down as far as Split on a day trip.

The communication with Margot of Belvilla was a disaster. We were about to cancel again. However, she is only a realtor. When we had the contact from the right owner, everything went great. She is super friendly and accommodating. The house and location is great and highly recommended.

Jadranka and Mirco were super warm hosts and also welcomed us directly with some drinks and food, thanks again for that :) The villa and especially the view from the villa on the water is super nice, all in we can only recommend a stay with Mirco and Jadranka.

The house was really clean and tidy, as beautiful as in the photos. equipped with everything you needed. the spaces were very large and therefore also the swimming pool, which was also convenient as it was close to the beach. We recommend Villa Pomalo to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in peace, fun and above all in the company of friends or family.

Fantastic Villa, Very well designed and equally well appointed Villa Alba. Extremely friendly and attentive hosts who were at our disposal throughout our stay. Absolutely No hesitation in recommending Villa Alba and Zadar highly. 😎😬

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

We liked it very much! The place was really so quiet and you were totally private. A chair/lounger was always missing for the 7th person. Those who are afraid of wasps should not book, as they are outside by the pool all day and drink, but otherwise they do nothing :)

It was the best vacation we've had in a long time. Hosts are very nice and kind people. They provided treats of what they raised in their own garden. They met all our needs. They gave advice on nearby Organization and festivals. It was really nice. I recommend it to everyone.

It was a great experience staying for a week at Damir's Villa. The host was super friendly. You can enjoy beautiful landscapes wherever you look. The villa has a great layout and is very spacious. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! The accommodation was even more beautiful than described, Antonia and her staff were available at all times and very nice and pleasant. Everything was more than satisfactory. We would stay there again any time.

Fantastic cottage home built in 1806. Very peaceful place to relax and central to area attractions and close to motorway to get anywhere quickly including Split. The home is fantastic and very unique and worth the stay. Well equipped with pool and AC in each room and common area. The host was fantastic and did provide a some Croatian delicacies (Pekka) that was delicious on their old wood stove! (Extra cost and you will need to plan at least a day in advance since it does require some planning and work). There are fruit trees all over and was nice to enjoy some (when in season) to have fresh juices or as a snack. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts we loved it.

We stayed there at 8 from 01.07 to 10.07.2023. The house is as described. It is very (very) clean and perfectly equipped. The garden and pool are perfectly maintained, every day in the early morning when you sleep, to avoid disturbing (barbecue emptied of its ashes, garden swept, swimming pool maintained...). The place is very quiet. As for the owners: what kindness! And unwavering discretion..... Thanks to them! This is our 3rd stay in Croatia, and this is by far the place we preferred. We recommend it without a second thought We will come again.....
