Villa vacation rentals in Posedarje

The place was great for us (4 adults and 3 kids). The house is in a quiet location where no one is disturbed about 20 minutes from Zadar. The owner was super friendly and always responded to every message within a very short time. Absolutely recommended. 5 stars

We had a great stay at Villa Ana. Great outdoor area, great views and really pure privacy without neighbors or the like - we enjoyed the tranquility very much. The beds are new and cozy. Edwin was a very attentive host and we had a fruit plate, water and a bottle of wine as a welcome! Communication was excellent, and the pool was cleaned regularly. The listing is as described in the photos. However, there were a few things that were not 'perfect‘ as described in many reviews. Very few closets and little storage space, there were two of us with a dog, which is why the children's room served as a dressing room. In the bathroom, sink, shower bar and toilet seat were loose. There is still room for the kitchen equipment. For example, a second larger cutting board, a second pan, or a bread knife. However, this should not cloud the impression of the basically great villa! We'll be back!

Overall, it was a great and beautiful place, would go again myself.

We were a group of 7 friends and enjoyed our stay at the house. It was spacious enough inside and outside, we spent days at the pool and even some time in the living room watching movies when the weather was bad. The next town can be reached by foot, but you have to climb up the hill on the way back, so a car is a better option. Communication was fast and relaxed.

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is heated, which makes a stay in spring at about 24 degrees like a summer vacation. It is very clean. the villa is equipped with everything you need. the outdoor barbecue is wonderful. Marin, the owner, did the check in/ out with us, he and his wife were super friendly and very flexible. It was a friendly approach, which made the stay even more enjoyable than it was anyway. Villa is fully recommended.

We had a great family stay in this house that meets all our needs: a secluded and very comfortable house for a family vacation. Tomi was very available and immediately directed us to the beautiful locations to see in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, the pool well maintained and the billard-table was a nice add-on!

We were welcomed with a charcuterie board and some Croatian wine, what a lovely way to start your holiday. First of all, the kitchen was fully equipped, such as Tupperwares, bbq utensils and even some basic cooking ingredients. The bedrooms all included airconditioning and a private bathroom, which were all stocked with hotel facilities (little soaps, hairdryers, …). The best part of this new, modern, lovely villa was the beautiful garden which had nice pool that was cleaned everyday by the owner. During our stay, the owners were very helpful, friendly and at the end they felt like family. Villa Banovi is the place to unwind, sit back and relax! Highly recommend! Greetings from Belgium

The communication with Margot of Belvilla was a disaster. We were about to cancel again. However, she is only a realtor. When we had the contact from the right owner, everything went great. She is super friendly and accommodating. The house and location is great and highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house was very clean on arrival with all the amenities we needed, as described in the listing. Our children (aged 3, 5 and 7) thoroughly enjoyed the swings, trampoline and pool – having a shallow pool area helped build their confidence. The location seemed quiet but well positioned to reach many interesting sights by car. The host was polite, helpful and responsive. Check-in/check-out was easy. Our only criticism is that the upper floor of the house – containing 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – is only accessible via external stairs. We feel this should be mentioned in the description as it does affect sleeping arrangements for families, particularly those with young children. We managed to make it work for us by only using the downstairs rooms – eldest and middle children in the twin room, youngest child in the cot with us adults in the double room – but this wouldn't be possible if our children were a year or two older.

Jadranka and Mirco were super warm hosts and also welcomed us directly with some drinks and food, thanks again for that :) The villa and especially the view from the villa on the water is super nice, all in we can only recommend a stay with Mirco and Jadranka.

We arrived at the stay 2 hours before we were allowed to check in and this was no problem. We were received super well, there was even already done groceries to recover from the trip. Furthermore, the vila was also super clean and exactly like the pictures. We're coming again!

We had a really great vacation. The house is very large and divided into two floors, the outside area and the pool are beautiful and there is plenty of shade. The temperature of the pool was perfect. There are two large tables (by the pool and on a terrace) which are great for eating at. There is also a barbecue which is perfect for large groups. Anita and her family also offer food that can be ordered and delivered for a fair price. Anita is a great host - she is always available and also gave us good tips for beaches or attractions nearby. The location of the house is quiet and about 30 minutes from the airport. Anita‘s family lives next door to the house - so it’s important to keep to the quiet times (10pm-8am) and to avoid loud noises or parties. Our water in the house didn't work for half a day, but Anita was extremely helpful and we were in constant contact with her. All in all, a great stay in a very nice house!

The house was really clean and tidy, as beautiful as in the photos. equipped with everything you needed. the spaces were very large and therefore also the swimming pool, which was also convenient as it was close to the beach. We recommend Villa Pomalo to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in peace, fun and above all in the company of friends or family.

The hosts were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The accommodation was impeccable and left nothing to be desired. The outdoor shower was a dream after every hot beach day, the washer (& dryer, where the laundry dries faster anyway) allows you to travel with less clothing/luggage, which was enormously practical especially with young children and the air conditioners are a blessing. The pebble beach in ~300m walking distance was never too crowded, mostly quiet and the water close to the water is a dream for small children. There are fish in the water, sometimes you can see a starfish and shells can also be snorkeling. The fact that you don't drag sand around for months after that is another plus. Sightseeing is also not neglected in the area; Nin, Zadar and the waterfalls on the river Zrmanja are beautiful. TLDR: Everything great, as described and only recommended.

We liked it very much! The place was really so quiet and you were totally private. A chair/lounger was always missing for the 7th person. Those who are afraid of wasps should not book, as they are outside by the pool all day and drink, but otherwise they do nothing :)

It was the best vacation we've had in a long time. Hosts are very nice and kind people. They provided treats of what they raised in their own garden. They met all our needs. They gave advice on nearby Organization and festivals. It was really nice. I recommend it to everyone.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, the place was immaculately presented and the facilities to relax and unwind were spot on. It was peaceful 24/7 and perfectly located for us to explore Croatia and it’s gems! Tonka is a great host and was on hand at the drop of a message. It was a great experience staying for a week at Damir's Villa. The host was super friendly. You can enjoy beautiful landscapes wherever you look. The villa has a great layout and is very spacious. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! The accommodation was even more beautiful than described, Antonia and her staff were available at all times and very nice and pleasant. Everything was more than satisfactory. We would stay there again any time.
