Our location is well maintained and has a 24-hour concierge. It is comfortable for a couple or a small family with up to 2 children. Excellent location, ideal for those who need to access the city center and the UFV Campus, we are 20 meters from the Quatro Pilastras, the main entrance to UFV and close to the city's main commercial points.

Entire apartment near UFV, downtown

Cozy flat for those seeking the privacy of an entire apartment. The building is well located and has a 24-hour doorman, elevators… In addition, it is located close to everything, between 2 supermarkets, bakeries, cafeterias, restaurants, a bus station and a pharmacy. We are located about 7 minutes from UFV. We have a TV Box that will give you access to several channels, movies and series. The apartment does not have a garage, but we have a partnership with a gentleman who rents the garage for a good price!!

Due to the positive experience as guests on AirBnB, we also decided to offer our apartment. Assembled with great affection, all furniture, we created a cozy and family atmosphere. Quite complete, every utensil, decoration, bed, table and bath were designed for a very comfortable stay. Privileged location near the main shopping area, restaurants and all kinds of services. Filipe was very attentive from the first contact and Airbnb is very well located in the city center of Viçosa. It had clean and smelling towels and blankets. Filipe was flexible regarding check-in and check-out time (very important communication). I recommend the host and the place to stay!

The farm is beautiful, super well maintained, it was extremely clean and smelt good. Each corner was decorated with great care and whimsy. The garden and barbecue area made all the difference in our stay. The days we were at the farm were rainy, we took the opportunity to enjoy a meal made on the wood stove. We felt at home. 😍
