The space offered by Thereza is certainly one of the best that can be offered in Itu, due to its location in the historic center near tourist spots; the space is comfortable and spacious because it is an apartment in an old building, we felt like we were in a house in an apartment!; and without a doubt, Thereza's attention was incredible! We are sure that we will always return to Itu and stay in the same place 😁

As I read in almost every post, the environment really smells very nice when entering the AP (the difference starts here). Quiet and easily accessible location, very comfortable accommodation, my family and I felt like an extension of our home. Very good bed, shower and sofa… I have nothing negative to report.

The space is as described... I don't have much to say, because we only went to the apartment to shower and sleep. As a positive point, there is a Smartstore next to the block for quick last-minute shopping. The only caveat is for details that make us feel cozy in the place, such as carpets near the bed and especially in the bathroom, because you get out of the bath and step on the cold floor with wet feet, and it leaves the bathroom very messy if there is more than one person taking a bath. Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend Sonia's accommodation.

I had to go to the city at the last minute and Karoll was super understanding and helpful. The place is wonderful and very cozy, just like the photos and with a super complete kitchen. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

The apartment met my needs, I spent 11 days, too bad I didn't go sightseeing, my mother had a transplant at Bos, and I was very comfortable, the apartment was clean, the host was very helpful, not to mention that I had no difficulty with the location, there was a market nearby, shopping, pharmacy, etc. I'll be back for sure ... I hope to go sightseeing with the family!

Apart from the noisy air-conditioning and the curtain that could be blackout, everything was very good, there was a lot, I felt at home

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.

Very nice apartment, all clean and tidy. The area is super quiet and safe. Marcio is an incredible person, very friendly and friendly, sorry that I was so short to be able to chat a little more with him.
