Very enjoyable stay. Kenza is a very enjoyable host who knew how to welcome us very well with a kind attention upon our arrival: small leafy fir tree for aperitivo.

Lovely time in this simple apartment a few steps from an amazing beach. It's not fancy but has everything you need for a beach stay and the shutters and Aircon are a nice touch.

The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and decorated. It is also very well located in a quiet area. Walking distance to the beach We were lucky for our holidays at the end of October, we were able to swim and enjoy the outside of the house (lunches outside, garden chairs). The house was especially clean! Finally, the location is a good starting point for excursions: Montpellier, Sète, Camargue... We'll be happy to come back!

The place is beautiful, bright. It feels like home. The place is quiet. The bedding was comfortable. Olivier is nice, accommodating on check-in and check-out times. The pluses for us were: the beds made as well as the bath towels included in the rental, the proximity to the shops, the kitchen with all the amenities, the secure exterior for children. Inside, everything is clean, the terrace is very nice, there is everything you need that you can forget during your stay (condiments, coffee, etc.) made available... Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

The place was what we expected. Ideal size very pleasant terrace for meals without vis-à-vis located close to shops and beaches allowing you to do everything on foot. Parking and private residence. Apartment with all comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, oven) It's all there to have a good vacation.

very nice host, the accommodation is very good with all the essentials in it even the baby necessities ( bathtub, chair booster ect...) the sea is a stone's throw from the property, so is the pool. the residence is quite quiet . we had a pleasant stay. thank you again. probably see you soon.

Very friendly and caring host. Her mom is very helpful. She replaced the broken or missing equipment very quickly. The proximity to the beach, the possibility of taking your pet, the fact of being able to park in the garden, the air conditioning (even if it is a little noisy) are the big pluses of this rental.
