Lovely and new 160 sq.mt. apartment. Perfect place a centre but quite location. Near to shops, museums, restaurants, 9 min. by walking to the beach, 4 bedr, 3 bath. You don´t have to buy water to drink (depurating sistem tap). Air conditioner. Safe box. I even could book a Spanish winery tour if you like.

We had a lovely stay at Cristina's house! We used the garden and swimming pool a lot and the beach is very close. Also the airco in the room was very nice. We got a lot of tips for sightseeing and restaurants. The communication with Cristina and her brother was very good and we received answers very quick.

Amazing Stay.... Highly recommend. Ana was an excellent host who was there for everything we need Late check in, very responsive host always happy to help The Villa was better than the photos..... definately going back next year.

The stay at this place was awesome, a super special house. It looked like we were at another time because of the age of the house and the furnishings, although everything was in very good condition. In addition to plenty of space in the house, the outdoor patio of the house was huge and you could spend the day outdoors as well. Victor and Winahost were very vigilant that we arrived without complications and even at check-out they gave us a lot of flexibility. It was also a detail that the house had as many facilities as dishwasher, some food for snacking or drinking, all the appliances possible... We were a short time but we would repeat without hesitation, thank you very much. ❤️

We had an excellent experience at Beatriz's place. Communication was very good from the start, and she was always very friendly and helpful. The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Very cozy and pleasant in every way. Beatriz is an exceptional host: she explained everything very clearly, even with photos and videos, which was very helpful. Despite the blackout during our stay, we had a great time and Beatriz was always available and willing to help at all times. Highly recommended!

We have stayed a couple of days at Victors place. It was a welcome suprise to experience the excellent appartement and location. In the middle of busy Alicante Rambla the appartement is comfortable and quiet. A very good place if you want to visit Alicante and have a good rest at night. Equipped with all comforts and amenities the place we prefer over a hotel in these crazy times.

we have just had another month's stay at Andres apartment, it is very well equipped and spotlessly clean also very comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect for restraunts bars shops and beach. Andres responds quickly and is very helpful and gave good recommendations. Also Gabriel was very helpful. Would recommend.
