This is Marisa: Enjoy your holidays and feel as if you were at home. I will pick you up from teh airport for free. My aim is "treating guests the way I would like to be treated". Lovely and new 160 sq.mt. apartment. Perfect place a centre but quite location. Near to shops, museums, restaurants, 9 min. by walking to the beach, 4 bedr, 3 bath. You don´t have to buy water to drink (depurating sistem tap). Air conditioner. Safe box. I even could book a Spanish winery tour if you like.

We had a lovely stay at Cristina's house! We used the garden and swimming pool a lot and the beach is very close. Also the airco in the room was very nice. We got a lot of tips for sightseeing and restaurants. The communication with Cristina and her brother was very good and we received answers very quick.

Great place to stay. Really peaceful neighborhood and lots of good restaurants nearby. There is also a big supermarket where you can get everything you need. Great house with all the utensils, towels, etc. You can sunbathe on the rooftop and BBQ some meat downstairs. There is also a shared pool and parking space. Neighbors were friendly and their dogs too, so not sure why people complain in the comments. Host is very responsive and gave us clear instructions. The beach is in 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. So if you want to chill in the quiet place with all the good stuff nearby I highly suggest.

Amazing Stay.... Highly recommend. Ana was an excellent host who was there for everything we need Late check in, very responsive host always happy to help The Villa was better than the photos..... definately going back next year.

The stay at this place was awesome, a super special house. It looked like we were at another time because of the age of the house and the furnishings, although everything was in very good condition. In addition to plenty of space in the house, the outdoor patio of the house was huge and you could spend the day outdoors as well. Victor and Winahost were very vigilant that we arrived without complications and even at check-out they gave us a lot of flexibility. It was also a detail that the house had as many facilities as dishwasher, some food for snacking or drinking, all the appliances possible... We were a short time but we would repeat without hesitation, thank you very much. ❤️

Our stay in this apartment in Alicante was very pleasant. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, and the rooms were comfortable, with quality linens and towels. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to help. They were flexible with our arrival time, and both check-in and check-out were very simple. The apartment is close to a bar with a lot of activity during the weekend. However, we were able to sleep very well. The location is ideal for exploring Alicante with ease. The tram and bus that take you to the city center are just 100 meters away, and the magnificent beach is 200 meters away. This apartment is definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the beach.

we have just had another month's stay at Andres apartment, it is very well equipped and spotlessly clean also very comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect for restraunts bars shops and beach. Andres responds quickly and is very helpful and gave good recommendations. Also Gabriel was very helpful. Would recommend.
