Port d'Alcúdia vacation rentals

We had such a great time , the house and the whole property were beautiful, spacious and quiet, you have no direct neighbours. There is a terrace around the whole house (so you can always choose between sun and shade) and the pool area was amazing, you even have a pool house. There are 4 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms, so perfect if you are travelling with 6 people, and all super clean. It's about a 15-minute walk to the town with a few restaurants and also to the train station, with a direct connection to Palma. Fonsa was a great host, was always available and very flexible with check in/out. We would definitely come back and have already recommended the house to our friends!

We had a very nice stay. The house is spacious. You always find a great spot outside and the area is pleasantly quiet. Nevertheless, you can walk well into town and to the beach. We will be happy to come back here.

Xesca is a lovely host and was very helpful and understanding ref a mix up at check in. Xesca had left a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits for our arrival a very thoughtful touch. She had also left in milk as requested thank you. Apartment very near the beach and the promenade and shops. The apartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were leaflets about other tourist attractions and some novels which were useful. we enjoyed our break tremendously.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

A beautiful place with lots of charm. You have a lot of space, so it's ideal for several leads. We had a great time there. The place is very quiet, you only hear a car passing by occasionally. The terrace is a dream, even in spring we spent a lot of time there. Also the communication was very good, we always got a direct response. Thank you for the lovely stay!! We highly recommend it to anyone.

Joan's place perfectly matched what we were looking for to enjoy the island of Mallorca. The accommodation itself is very spacious, in perfect condition, with all amenities (2 bathrooms, a washing machine ...). We particularly enjoyed the bedding, very comfortable! In addition, its location is ideal to be able to reach the different tourist areas of the island (less than1 hour from the four corners of the island), while being in a peaceful village. Maria is lovely host who is always available, responds quickly and has good reccomendations for Restaurants etc. We arrived on a public holiday and she has done some shopping for us :) The house is big and has a fantastic view. You can walk 2 minutes to the sea.
