If you are looking for a beautiful and authentic house in this region, look no further. Villa les Mouettes is a more than great house! With all the comforts, and lots of toys and stuff for children. Beautiful and well-maintained garden and in the house, everything has been thought of. A lot of attention to details! Also a great location: close to Bayeux, landing beaches and beautiful villages. We stayed with two families and grandmother (4 small children+5 adults) and the house was for perfect. We look forward to seeing you next time!

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We plan to be back!

We had a very pleasant weekend in Sylvie's accommodation which perfectly matched the description, we were hosted very well. Well-equipped and a nice decoration. A stone's throw from the beach and shops without using the car. Sylvie is a pleasant and responsive host. We recommend this property!

Ideal location for easy access to the beach ( ideal for surfing ). Convenient, clean and well-equipped accommodation. Laurence and Cyrille were very responsive. The small private courtyard is nice, very quiet environment. The bathroom is a little outdated, but overall we recommend 100% 👍

The place was true to the photos, close to the sea while being in a peaceful neighborhood. Due to a constraint on our organization we shifted our arrival schedule and Mathilde quickly adapted to us. The house is really warm, comfortable and very well decorated. We'll be happy to go back. The little extra: the little gourmet gift for the welcome. I sincerely recommend this house for a stay for both the place and the host!

We had a great time at Daniel's house which had all the comforts to have a great time: jovial and friendly welcome from our host, large and very harmonious rooms, quality dishes and amenities, the most comfortable bedding. The very large veranda allowed us to have all our meals for 10 around the large table. Finally, the very large swimming pool was the best part of the residence allowing the children to play there every evening. I highly recommend this house which can only amaze you.

The house is ideally located in a quiet area, it is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable. We stayed there with friends, there is everything you need like games, equipment for the barbecue, the garden. Géraldine welcomed us very warmly and was very accommodating, I would recommend this place without hesitation!

Very clean and super-equipped cottage, very comfortable beds, a beautiful heated pool just behind, very convenient for my grandchildren. The cottage is fully fenced which was convenient for our dog. Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

Lovely place, with excellent facilties, especially the heated pool! Jordan's place is in a very peaceful area, with a beautiful coastline to walk along. Even though it was off season and many places closed we found some great restaurants with delicious food in the surrounding area. Jordan was a great host, very responsive. Irene’s place and the location were wonderful! Spacious house with comfortable large living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Bedroom has beautiful sea views. There is a private patio with outdoor seating great for enjoying the sunshine. Short drive from cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Irene was quite accommodating at checking and checkout, great communication and excellent host.

An exceptional stay at this story-filled cabin with direct access to the beach. Total calm. Everything is planned in this charming cabin. The walled garden allowed our doggie to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility. The owners are charming and Yves have good advice. The sun and high tides were the bonus. Glad to find such a place with a soul and not a Swedish furniture store showroom. Perfect stay.

You can hear and smell the sea in the garden. It is the most pleasant soon after the high tide, when the water withdraws from the firm, warm sand. There are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but if you follow the beach to the south you will find a small restaurant in the dunes and a quarter of an hour further a small supermarket. Otherwise, you don't have to leave the house: everything is there, including pure romance. It was a wonderful week.

We have enjoyed its proximity to the sea, just at the end of the street the steps down and you are on a very nice beach. The house is spacious, has everything you need for a good stay!
