"Summit House" is a big holiday home with spectacular 180 degree sea and river views. Its a 50m walk to the beach and lagoon of the Bushmans River in Kenton on Sea on the E Cape's sunshine coast, and a 5 min drive to the Kariga river lagoon and beach Its an hour's drive to the Addo elephant park and 15 mins to 2 big 5 reserves. The town has lots of restaurants, shops, medical and vet help The house has a comfortable deck, inside and outside dining spaces, and a large well equipped kitchen.

Eine Villa am Indischen Ozean, auf der Rückseite ein wunderschöner Golfplatz. Dort kann man nicht nur die Springböcke beobachten, sondern auch jede Menge Vögel hören, Schildkröten sehen. Von jedem Zimmer im Haus hat man Meerblick und mit etwas Glück sieht man die Wale vorbeiziehen, Delphine springen. Oder einfach nur das Meeresrauschen genießen. Strandspaziergänge am Sandstrand oder ein Bad im eigenen Pool, tragen zur besten Erholung bei. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

The bottom floor of the beachouse is a separate unit with private entrance and comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a bath , basin and toilet and separate shower with a basin and a washing machine. The spacious open plan living room and kitchen has a deck on the beachfront. The property is on the beach with 180 degree seaviews from all rooms. Bedroom 2 has a handbasin. A maximum of 5 poeple is allowed. There is an extra single bed in the livingroom. A lockup garage is available.

Fully equipped with a private patio and braai. 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms which are both en-suite. Comfy couch in the lounge with Wifi, a smart TV allows you all the entertainment you watch at home. Private secure parking in the complex, outside the apartment. A brisk walk down the road and you will be at the blue flag Kelly's Beach. Holiday Bliss.

BEST OF BOTH LAGOON AND OCEAN VIEW ! ! Perfect location on the lagoon and a 2 minute walk to the main beach. Long uninterrupted beaches. A brisk walk to DIAZ CROSS. The house is snug enough for a couple's romantic breakaway but spacious enough for a family of 10 get together ! This is a KID'S PARADISE! : Safe swimming or fishing in the lagoon and cycling every where! The best setting to recuperate after a week of hard work.
