Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The setting is even more special: a charming town in Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It's really nice to meet people like this when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. If your after peace in a rural setting in a Spanish style house this is for you. Turn up and chill out. Lots to see in the area BUT you absolutely need a car and expect to drive a decent distance.

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

A beautiful apartment to stay with a family. Cozily furnished and equipped with every comfort

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

Rosa was charming to us at all times. She's a great host. The house is very well maintained and is very large. It has everything that is described and is very comfortable for the Sella descent or if you want to do sightseeing in the area. We will definitely be back :)

We had a great weekend at accommodation Benaki, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, in an idyllic setting. The views from the house, with the green mountains in the background, are spectacular. As for the house itself, it is perfectly equipped and prepared for the mountain climate. Communication with Carmen, the host, was another very positive point to take into account, giving us the necessary information to enjoy the house, making recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the surroundings, and always being willing to solve any questions we might have. We will repeat, it is perfect to spend a few days in the middle of nature.

I highlight the house its cleanliness and the completeness that everything was, there is more than you may need, it is not missing detail. De Veronica destaco her treatment, kindness and closeness, she treated us as if she knew us as usual. A wonderful garden that you get lost in its forest views and the children enjoyed it so much as it has it perfectly organized. I definitely recommend it and that cozy kitchen in which we share great moments as a family. Thank you Veronica for everything, will come back.

The Host was wonderful and provided detailed instructions. The house, which was pristine and in the prefect location, was amazingly furnished and right in the heart of the community. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this air bb to others. You will not be disappointed.

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

A very quiet rural place to stay. It had everything we needed and more. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. They made check in and out super easy too. I would recommend this place to stay if you have a car or are happy to cycle as it is a little far from most things.

This place is one of the most beautiful and comfortable places I have ever stayed at. I would recommend it to anyone.

Casa Mar is the perfect place to go with children. The house is fully prepared for families: it has games, space for the little ones to enjoy and Clara put us all the facilities -trona, cot, barrier for the bed... a luxury! The location is fantastic: you can go for a walk to the beach of Guilpilluri or La Huelga, ideal to enjoy as a family without the need for a car. Also, being this close to the highway we were able to do a lot of excursions and get to know the surroundings without wasting time on long journeys. We'll definitely repeat it!

An amazing home, and even better than the pictures. It is well located, in a very quiet village. Problem, we weren't able to fully enjoy the space. Unfortunately the heating system broke down the first night and we had no heating or hot water, at a time when it still counts in Asturias. HOWEVER, Paloma was very responsive and did everything to help us out. We checked out after 2 nights and received a smooth refund. We'll get back to that.

Charming house in a very nice and quiet place. We are very happy with our stay at Olivia's house. The house had all the necessary equipment to make our stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, the place where the house is located is a village with lovely people and where tranquility predominates. We are very pleased to have chosen this stay.

Juan is super friendly and very helpful. They show you the area. The house is spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and not noisy at all. It's worth it :)

We enjoyed the house. Everything is new and tastefully furnished. The location is beautiful with mountain views in a small hamlet. At the campsite across the street, bread can be bought and there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a nice meal. For us, this stay was worth at least 6 stars!

Everything was perfect from the first moment. The accommodation was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and with all the details taken care of to the fullest. Communication with the host was quick and very friendly at all times, which made us feel welcome and calm throughout the stay. The location is ideal, in a quiet area but with everything you need nearby. You can see that there's a lot of love in every corner of the space. We would certainly repeat without thinking. We loved the house. It is in the middle of nature, ideal for routes, ferratas... Very clean, comfortable beds and with a fireplace perfect for cool nights. Access is easy and is parked without a problem. And the host Maria Cruz, a charm: always available and super friendly.
