The location is sensational, in the heart of the Jatiúca neighborhood, where the best restaurants in the city are located. It is possible to walk along the waterfront to Ponta Verde, a very beautiful walk! The apartment is super new, good bed, strong shower, I recommend it!

Madalena is a lovely person. Very kind and made us feel very comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a different bungalow than I had booked, but the next day it was resolved. The tranquility and view of the place is what makes all the difference. We very much like the location. It's very close to the truck zone, beaches, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, so you could walk around with peace of mind. Uber was very cheap. The condominium offers a swimming pool and had a self-service market that was very useful for us. Positive points: location, safety, comfortable and functional accommodation. It has a filter (helps save water), kitchen utensils, door with electronic lock. Points to improve: the air conditioning was not good, I think it had a problem because it turned off and on by itself all the time, I woke up very hot and sweating. A small detail: the bedroom door handle is loose.

The apartment is great! Very nice and well-equipped. The location is excellent! The left side street has many restaurants and on the right side street there is a great breakfast, at a gas station. Highly recommended! The waterfront is beautiful and widely used. Super safe location. We left and returned at different times, whether to run on the waterfront very early or to go to restaurants late at night. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. The building is also great and well maintained. The only bad thing is the garbage collection, because we need to be in the apartment to deliver it. In addition, everything is excellent! Communication was also great and super fast.

Well-ventilated apartment, we didn't even use the air-conditioning. But the best is d. Neze is always so helpful and attentive, as is the doorman Adriano.
