Wir wurden von einer netten Frau empfangen die uns das Airbnb zeigte, sogar eine kleine private Dachterasse ist mitinbegriffen und sie Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und sauber!

Great place with a great view! Quiet and peaceful. The only thing i would suggest is change the single beds to doubles. They are to small for adult size people. Other than that it was a great stay

Logement très spacieux et propre, conforme aux photos et situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du centre, du port et de la plage. J'ai été très bien accueillie par Jamila, un grand merci à elle ! La quartier est assez animé, il se peut que le soir on entende pas mal de bruit, donc penser à prendre des boules quies si on est sensible au bruit la nuit.

Raquel has a recently renovated pair of apartments; we actually stayed in the other apartment listed on Raquel's profile, so a few things may be different. She was always happy to help with recommendations, and both she and her daughter are so, so lovely. The apartment is simply furnished and supplied with the basics to cook simple meals, and Raquel was super quick to drop by with anything that we needed. Wifi wasn't great, but that might be standard for the island. It's in a very local neighbourhood, with two small supermarkets and a fruit stand within a minute's walk. It's an easy 15-minute walk to the center, and you'll just want to plan to take a taxi when coming home at night. As a bonus, the rooftop offers a beautiful view of the sunset.

We were moved from our original booking to this apartment following a water issue in the building. Our host communicated with us and offered the change (it was un upgrade to what we had previously so it was a no-brainer to agree!) before we actually arrived in Mindelo. So hats off for being forward and helpful, we don't know what we would have done in the heat of Mindelo without water!!!! (water is very precious in Cape Verde, it hasn't rained in 3 years so don't take those issues lightly. Our host did very well by sending us into another apartment ). The apartment itself is big with 3 bedrooms. We were a group of 5 and were all very comfortable . The kitchen is big and functional . We didn't cook in there while we were in Mindelo. We indulged in local restaurants instead! And since the place is well located, we had a lot of options. The beach is literally across the street, and it's a very nice one too. And surprisingly not crowded (maybe we were at the wrong time of the year...). The beach club will provide you free wifi if you use their premises (we did. Their beach chairs with umbrellas were a blessing). All in all, we enjoyed ourselves very much and we have our host to thank for that.

Great location - quiet, safe, stable internet, wonderful views, minimarket next door, good water pressure. Daniel is very communicative. The flat didn't have a good solid chair for remote working when I stayed, but Daniel is trying to fix this. Highly recommended - would definitely want to stay here again.

Apparemment sympa, proche de tout, propre, calme, discret c’est ce que je recherchais. La personne qui m’a accueilli très sympa et très réactif. Je connaissais déjà l’appartement car ma maman avait réservé et elle n était pas dessus. rien à dire.

We hadden een fantastische vakantie in Filomena Apartments! Het appartement was top! Jammer dat de directe omgeving nog een bouwwerf was, maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad. Ligging helemaal perfect, op wandelafstand van het strand. De host regelde ons een vast contact voor taxiritten en gaf ons tal van culturele tips. Van een topvakantie gesproken! Echt een aanrader ✨

Séjour d’un mois en Avril-Mai très agréable. Eloisa est une hôte très attentive et arrangeante. Elle est une architecte qui parle très bien 5 langues qui facilite la communication. J’ai eu le studio Pink de 60 m2 au deuxième étage, cote montagne, très propre, bien équipé et très bien isolée, avec WIFI impeccable et eau toujours chaude et de bonne pression. Le quartier Alto Miramar est très plaisant, facilement accessible étant à proximité des commerces et du centre-ville de Mindelo. Pour trouver la place « Largo da Paz » allez jusqu’à la fin de la « Rua Unidade Africana » et là vous verrez la maison figurée dans Airbnb avec son style architectural unique. Je recommande de prendre le petit déjeuner à la pâtisserie Morabeza a 5 minutes à pied descendant la Rua Unidade Africana, le déjeuner au premier étage de la Pensao Chave de Ouro et le diner au restaurant fluctuant Marina de Mindelo ou au Cocktail Bar avec groupes musicales du Cape Vert. Je reviendrais c’est sûr, peut être cette foi au Carnaval ! :o)

Estancia fantástica con vistas increíbles El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Las camas eran cómodas, el baño espacioso y las vistas espectaculares. La comunicación con Gabriele y su equipo fue excelente. Siempre estuvieron atentos y todo lo que pedí me lo proporcionaron con gusto y muy buena predisposición. Como mejora, sería útil contar con un tendedero y una lavadora. Además, el wifi a veces no funciona bien. El alojamiento está algo alejado del centro, por lo que es necesario moverse en taxi. Aun así, la experiencia fue muy buena y volvería sin dudarlo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Casa das Ilhas, le cadre était magnifique et très paisible, proche de toutes les randonnées dans la vallée de Paúl ! Toujours à l’écoute, Katelijne a su nous proposer les escapades qui nous correspondaient, et nous avons également passé de très bons dîners à l’auberge, en compagnie des autres clients. Merci encore !

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

I spent one month in this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect! from the friendly welcome from the host and her responsiveness in helping me with any question, to the central location, comfort and space of the apartment, this was the perfect home away from home. The flat is very spacious and breezy and has an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, and I loved having a washing machine. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure and temperature. Not to mention the place was super squeaky clean and it exceeded all my expectations. I would book it again in a heartbeat!
